“The service was excellent, but I am at a loss to see why it costs another £6 plus to send to Australia. This on top of the local delivery fee. Luckily I was able to get tix sent to my brother in UK. Looking forward to the tour. Duncan Hopkins”

Dear Duncan, thank you for taking the time to write your review. As we send the tickets Royal Mail International Signed For, this is a slightly more expensive service. This is so if a customer needs any additional delivery information we can provide it. Thanks again!

“Although the vouchers were received in good time they had been creased badly in the post. They are a gift (which is probably always the case) and look shabby. I associate Lord's Cricket Ground with quality and sadly the creased vouchers do not reflect this. They could come in a smart envelope and really should have 'please do not bend on the outside'. First impressions count and I had hoped my nephew would be excited upon opening his gift.”

“Having booked tickets for the lords tour on line I found the process to be very helpful and easy to do, all information to help me with this booking was useful and informative, I received my tickets well within the quoted time, then having contacted the customer services to book a time and day I was extremely pleased by the way the staff were very helpful and informative and were very happy to help me,”

“We visited on Maundy Thursday. It was a great tour and very informative. Roy was our tour guide - he was great apart from jangling his change in his pocket whilst talking so it was sometimes difficult to hear him. But apart from that tiny tweak to presentation skills - great! Thank you.”

We send our items with recorded delivery so there is information readily available to our customers should they need it, and we do try to keep our delivery costs to a minimum. “Very good service except that the very small book "Laws of Cricket" was sent by RM Signed For. It would easily go through a letter box but I had to do a 10 mile round trip to the sorting office to collect it. AND a long wait when I got there. Totally unnecessary for a v small book”

“I bought the Bat-making experience as a birthday present for my son. We had an excellent day out which included a tour of the Lords Museum, Pavillion and Media centre. The bat-making demonstration was interesting and informative, and my son was able to decide on the exact specification of his bat with advice from the Gray Nicholls team. The bat arrived 3 weeks later and he is delighted with it.”

“The gift of tickets for a guided tour of Lords was very welcome and will be enjoyed. Unfortunately there was no mention of who had sent it or why. It would be much better it there was the ability to put a message with the gift. If the recipient hadn't been aware that I was going to by it, they'd have wondered where they”

“My thanks to those at Lords who have assisted my wife & I in arranging our day on 11 May. Following my initial email I received a telephone call, here in Sydney, from your Helena Sundarajoo who was extremely helpful and sent our vouchers etc by return email. Subsequently Laurie Thompson has been terrific in follow-up and arranging for the ticket pacakage to be sent to our London hotel on our arrival there on 9 May. As I said to Laurie in my last email, for a lifelong cricket lover, Lords has always been on my 'Bucket List' and am really looking forward to the day. My sincere thanks to Helena and Laurie for their assistance.”
