Would help if these activities could be purchased as a gift with room on the order to put in the name of who you wish the gift to go to, Currently your systems says order is not transferrable that is why i had to inform the office who the recipient was. Also would help if you used PAYPAL”

“My son Arnold and myself very much enjoyed our visit and tour of Lord's on Sunday. The guide we had was excellent, informative, amusing and helpful. We both learned a lot from the guide. I thought all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to the Tavern afterwards and the food we had was also excellent to. “When I placed the order I received an email saying that it was in stock. Turns out that it wasn't in stock which I only found out by contacting them a week later to get an update.This was a big inconvenience for me as I was traveling to America and the book was for someone there and I had someone here that was going to post it to me there along with travel sim card which I wanted to use there. Because the email that I received said that it was in stock, the person that I have here was waiting for it to arrive so that they they could send the two items together. I ended up receiving the 2 items just 2 days before I left America which wouldn't have happened if the email had said that it wasn't in stock in the first place. I expect better from Lords!”

“I was very unhappy with the whole process. I ordered something early December, only for it to be delivered very late February. The worst issue though was the lack of information and feedback on what was happening. I would get an email saying I will find out what's happening and then get back to you, only to be met with a months silence. I will not buy from the shop online again, as much as I want to support Lords.”

“Product came in dreadful packaging - it was a baseball cap (old Father Time ) and arrived all scrunched - as the packaging it was sent it allowed the postman to squeeze it through the letterbox - on opening the stitching was coming away from the seam - it was a gift for my fathers 70th and I hadn't time to change it - so just had to give it to him with an apology”

“The service received from Lords was very poor. The shop took payment but did not fulfil the order for 4 weeks. I had to call after 2 weeks to be told the item (cricket gloves) were out of stock but would be sent out the following week. After 4 weeks of no gloves and no update, I had to call again and was told that the order had been sent out. As the gloves were out of stock at the point of ordering, no money should have been taken and I should have been contacted straight away. It is Lords' responsibility to keep the customer updated. I shall not be recommending Lords on line shop and will source goods elsewhere.”
