“Cracked Screen, iPhone 5S. Booked an appointment last night, popped in today at lunch - fixed in under 20 mins. Friendly team. Really good and completely legit. More expensive than posting your phone away, but it was done there and then - totally worth it.”

“Brilliant. Have used LoveFone on two occasions to replace a broken iPhone 5 dock connector and battery. Both done in under an hour while I waited. Their website has a catalog and prices of all the repair services they offer, so you know before booking exactly how much it will cost and how long it will take. Very professional, I would certainly recommend them.”

“Amazing service - half the price of Apple repair, and the 1 year guarantee gives you peace of mind. A friend had used the service before, and recommended me so I gave the code " LOVEFIVE" for £5 off too. Can book in very quickly, they send you confirmation details and a handy text message with the address. They changed my battery while I waited, it took about 7 minutes in total. Would absolutely recommend.”

“What an amazing service. Lovefone have set the benchmark on service to a new level. I registered my repair at 1148 and my phone was picked up at 1230 and returned to me in perfect order by 1500. I received several updates on the progress including confirmation that the phone was delivered and when it was to be sent back out. Astonishing service. Well done Lovefone!!!”

“Phone posted to Lovefone on Monday. As promised, confirmation that phone received on Tuesday, then later that same day email to say phone on it's way back. Arrived here early Wednesday morning with the postman. Brilliant, speedy service. Thank you!”

“I took my iphone 5 to Lovefone for a battery replacement. I got a new battery which lasts about 50% longer, so very happy with it. However, I then noticed an issue with the headphone jack, which I am sure was not there before. Well, without having any debates or having to prove my phone was fine prior to taking it to Lovefone, the very next day the Lovefone team replaced the headphone jack and the problem got resolved. Some may think that it would have been better to have the battery replaced without any issues, but I actually think my case is the perfect testament of a great company with good customer service. Issues will always arise when handling a small sensitive device like the iphone. What matters is what you do when issues occur and Lovefone reacted in the percect way. I strongly recommend Lovefone as, I know, if anything happens, they will fix it.”

“Second use of the service! New shop location is much easier to locate! I dropped my phone at 15:30 and hour later by 16:30 including travel time on a Saturday it was fixed!! Hopefully I won't need to visit a third time but so convenient!”
