“My iPad had a cracked screen. They advertised they would charge £99 to mend it, and it would take less than 2 hours. That's exactly what happened. iPad good as new Friendly service too”

“I phoned your shop on the Friday because I had dropped my Iphone 6 and needed to replace my front screen glass. Very helpful on the phone and said that if I called in on the Saturday I could have the glass replced while I waited. No need to make an appointment just call in. Visited on the Saturday and the staff were very helpful and no fuss. Said that it would take around 20 minutes to replace the glass so went for a coffee around the corner. Returned 20 minutes later and all done. The engineer asked me to swipe open the phone and he then tested everything worked OK. Very pleased with the service, no fuss, just got on with the repair in the time suggested and I went away with my phone like new again.”

“I called ahead and was told it would take 20 minutes to replace the badly smashed screen on my iPhone. As it was a Saturday there was just one person ahead of me. I had time to pop round the corner and grab a bite to eat and by the time I finished my salad it was done. Very easy, convenient location & friendly staff. So glad to have my phone back!”

“Lovefone provide an excellent service. When your phone is damaged you want it fixed quickly and efficiently and that is exactly what Lovefone do. I have used them 4 times now and service has always been impeccable. It is so easy just to package your phone up, get it delivered and then wait for it to be delivered back to you (usually within 2 - 3 hours) completely fixed. I would thoroughly recommend them!”

“I dropped my iPhone 6 on the escalator on my way to work causing the entire screen to be completely shattered. Apple had no available appointments that day and even after an appointment, they said it would need to be shipped out for repair, meaning I would be phone-less for about a week. After a quick Google search, LoveFone seemed to have really great reviews so I booked an appointment over my lunch break. I arrived early, they took my phone straightaway and said it would only take 20 minutes. No more than 10 minutes later, the screen was miraculously back to it's pristine state! Yes, £99 is quite expensive but given the fantastic service I received, I was more than happy to pay. I don't usually write reviews but felt inclined given how amazingly easy they made the whole process. Thank you so much!”

“Really impressed with the whole setup. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with my phone back in working order. They take a lot of care and show you what they're doing. And if they can't fix it, there's no charge. I can't recommend these guys enough.”

“After being told else where that my Iphone 5 was beyond repair and I'd be better off getting a new one I came to Lovefone to see what they could do. An hour later and with a new battery and new power button my phone was good as new and at a fraction of the cost of a new phone. Would highly recommend if you need your phone back to working order ASAP, no waiting, no fuss, and fixed onsite.”
