“Lovefone are a brilliant company and offer amazing service! They fixed my phone the same day (the charger socket was broken) and it really saved me so much hassle not having to send it off to Apple/insurance company etc. Highly rate them and would definitely use them again if needed.”

“Amazing service, repaired iPhone 5s smashed screen in 20 mins. No data recovery, no swapping phone / sims, no hassle and all this at almost 60% of Apple store's price. The quality of work is also amazing. Everything is working as before so, thank a lot Lovefone!”

“Replacement Home button on iphone Web site very clear regarding repairs and charges. As I was travelling to London with business meetings made an appointment on line to fit in with my schedule. Reminders and directions arrived on my phone on the day, I arrived as planned; they were expecting me and completed the work within the half hour they allocated, the repair was fine. Pleasant young people who explained exactly what they would do. Sent a receipt to my email address as I left with the i year guarantee. Would recommend the service using the online appointment system but I am sure they would also provide good service if a visit was made to the shop on an ad hoc basis. Will use again if required.”

“Lovefone managed to repair my badly smashed, slightly bent iphone 6. Took a week from initial enquiry (part not available) but I'd heard good things about lovefone and, as the phone was still working (just) I decided to wait. I wasn't disappointed. My phone was collected at 9.30am by courier and I had it back by 4pm for a total cost of £143 (including courier), as good as new. Thank you!”

“Showed up without booking at 17:45 with a broken screen, new screen installed by 18:00. Friendly and efficient staff. Very conveniently located. 1yr warranty on the repair.”

“Excellent service - I booked an appointment and popped into the shop. You can watch the guys at work. My screen replaced in 10 minutes with what looks to be a high quality replacement. Others are offering the service for cheaper, but the service and quality here is worth that little bit extra.”
