“This is my 3rd time using Lovefone (yes I drop my phone a lot - note to self, must buy a case!) I used the courier service and they had my phone repaired and back in my hand within 2 hours, with the screen looking good as new. Amazing service.”

“Needed my Nexus 5 screen replaced. I dropped in (without an appointment, but early morning) and they were able to do it immediately, within 40 minutes or so. Great job!”

“The shop was easy to locate and on arrival the customer service was great. I left my phone there and returned 20 minutes later where my previously unable to use phone was fixed and working great. For only £70 it's such a cheap price for same day repair and a trustworthy business, I would definitely go back if I ever had any other problems.”

“Very quick and easy so you can quickly forget how much you are paying for such a quick job. Thank you. Very pleased to get my phone sorted in half an hour. In terms of comparing the prices available thought this was good value. Can pay less from a small shop but for some reason trusted this outfit more.”

“Broke my iPhone 6 screen at 11pm, bpoked an appointment for 9am the next day and the very polite, friendly and efficient staff at LoveFone had me back up and running by 9:08am. I wish I hadn't had call to use them on 3 different occasions (with different phones) but clearly I am as clumsy as they are excellent at doing their job! Can't recommend their efficient, high quality and good value work enough.”

“Popped in to get a battery replacement for my iPhone. I was expecting to come back to pick it up. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later I'm walking out the door with the job done. Totally fair price for the job that needed doing. I'll be using them again, and recommending them to all my friends. Great little find this one.”

“Managed to stop my iPhone screen from working and called lovefone. I walked into the shop and was greeted by a very friendly staff member and i was in and out within about 10 minutes. No fuss!! My phone screen is now working once again :)”

“I had heard about Lovefone from a colleague at work who was extremely impressed with the service she received and I have to agree! My cracked screen was fixed within 20 minutes and for a fraction of the price that Apple or EE were quoting. The whole process was so easy and being able to have my phone repaired while on a lunch break within Central London is just amazing - will definitely be recommending and coming straight back with any future problems. Thanks!”

“Amazing service, so very impressed! Would highly recommend, a professional, friendly, reasonable priced company that does what it says it will! Used for a Ipad Mini repair with friendly, super speedy courier deliver, cannot fault it, from sending my email to receiving the fixed ipad back in my hand took less than 4 hours !! Please keep up the good work and don't change anything!”

“These guys replaced my smashed iPhone 5s screen. The place was really easy to find, everyone was really friendly and they took just over five minutes to repair my phone. Can't recommend these guys highly enough - very impressed!”
