“Amazing service. Filled in an online form, got a call back in no time asking when i would like to have the repairman come and fix my phone at our offices. He arrived exactly at the confirmed time. Doesn't often happen so thank you for being such an efficient operation. Until next time”

“Lovefone was recommended by a colleague so I wasn't quite so worried about not using the phone manufacturer for the repair. My iphone had a broken on/off button which was fixed in 30 minutes. The phone now works perfectly and long may it continue.”

“I was absolutely GUTTED when I managed to smash my phone screen this week and after trapsing round Oxford Street and being told my high street Giants (Carphone Warehouse etc.) that it would take up to 9 days for me to get my issue fixed I was starting to feel anxious. So your store was an absolute dream to come by! I was so impressed with your 30 minute turn around and also how helpful and friendly your staff were. I will definetely recommend to my friends!”

“I smashed my iphone 5c screen, which they replaced in under 10 minutes. The next day the screen started going dark, so I took it back and they replaced it under warranty, again in under 10 minutes, and told me to come back again if I had any further problems. Very quick, efficient service and the warranty is really valuable!”

“The guys at Lovefone were brilliant! I had been getting a bit desperate about the state of the screen and battery on my phone and had been contemplating splashing out on a whole new phone, but incredibly within about 15 minutes at Lovefone I had a brand new screen and a new battery and my phone has since been working perfectly. This is a huge time saver and the guys are very friendly. Overall great service and I would definitely use it again and have already been recommending to others! Thanks!”

“Honestly I had stopped buying iPhones as Apple Customer service is very poor and going to an Apple Store to get a repair done is always expensive and disappointing. Having tried Lovefone for work, I am extremely impressed with the quality of service. They are very helpful and genuinely seem concerned in satisfying their customers instead of just making money. Their repair quality is very good and backed by their 1-year / 365-days warranty as compared to 90-days at Apple. I would recommend taking your device to Lovefone for peace of mind.”

“All very straight forward and easy - just how i like it. Can't believe the speed with which the guy swapped out the battery on my iPhone5 and on a Saturday afternoon too. I guess that's experience for you. There are other places but something about the openness of LoveFone and what appears to be transparency gave me confidence to use them. Would certainly recommend.”
