“I found this to be an excellent service. I booked my iPhone 6 in for a replacement screen. The booking process was clear and straightforward and I was able to book it in the next day. I used the courier service and was kept up to date with the progress from the courier being dispatched to the work being completed and my phone being returned. All in all it took 1hr 10mins which is a lot easier than having to travel to a store and having to wait for them to do it. The 12 month warranty also provided peace of mind Highly recommended service”

“I needed my iPhone battery replaced and was weary of using Apple's formal service, which would involve spending both time to arrange and a considerable amount of money! I found LoveFone's service online and was impressed from the get-go. A quick call and they confirmed that they would be able to collect my handset directly from my office and return it on the same morning! They also reassured me that all my handset data would be intact after the replacement. The courier charge quoted was reasonable, and they checked whether I was happy with the total cost before going ahead with the order. The courier was fast, efficient, and my battery was replaced (and back in my hands!) within an hour of my putting the order through!!! So far the replacement battery has been working really well, and I've no complaints at all with the service. If you want a reasonably priced, quick, efficient and reliable service, I can't recommend LoveFone enough!! Thanks!”

“I went to the Lovefone on Tottenham Street and the guys there were so friendly. My phone was repaired within half an hour and the screen fix I went for was on sale as well which was fab. Would definitely recommend!!”

“My iPhone5 had a cracked screen and I started looking how to fix it. Apple Store gave me an appointment a week later, while these guys offered me an appointment online at a time and place that was convenient for me within two days. Booked an appointment online was very easy. Turned up on time and I was served without any delay, the phone was ready in twenty minutes, with a lovely new screen. All working perfectly. And at a price that was the lowest I could find online.”
