“Very efficient service. Drop in, fix phone on the spot, walk out happy! Seem to know alot about common problems and have all the parts there to repair straight away. A fraction of the cost of other providers and who wants to be without their phone for any length of time?! highly reccommend.”

“Put my iPhone in as it was malfunctioning after I had stupidly replaced the battery myself. When the new battery failed to fix the issue, I was immediately offered a complete refund. That is really good customer service.”

“I smashed my screen and the quotes I was getting to fix it were extortionate! Lovefone was recommended to me by a friend and I contacted them. Straightaway I was put at ease and when I popped into the store with my phone, it was repaired in 30 mins - and for a fraction of the cost. I was very impressed with the service and have been recommending them to everyone I meet. Thank you!”

“I wanted to change the battery in my iPhone 4 because I care about the environment and try to make my devices last as long as possible. I didn't want to use a corner shop that would give me no warranty and the Apple Store couldn't give me an appointment for 2 weeks. Lovephone sent a courier at exactly the time I requested, took the phone away, changed the battery and returned it to me the same day. All for the same price that Apple would have charged me without any of the inconvenience. And throughout I was kept up to date with progress updates. The phone is working perfectly and I wasn't worried about data security because the phone remained locked via its passcode the whole time. I've used phone insurance in the passed that charges more in the long run and takes at least a week to turn it around. Great service!”

“I had to repair the screen of my iPhone as accidentally dropped it while jogging. Well, the screen was gone completely, and I thought the DIY was not really an option for me. Apple is way too expensive, so i shopped around. After browsing several sites, I found Lovefone and quickly made up my mind: an easy to navigate site, with good explanations of what to expect, cost and timing. A great feature was that I could pop in, and the online appointment booking system is great. The confirmation with the map also helped, friendly staff, and the job was done really fast and in no time. Now the phone looks like brand new, and a one-year warranty gives one a piece of mind. I hope i won't drop the phone again or nothing else goes wrong with it, but would definitely recommend it or use again if needed. Great service”

“An excellent service which was both very quick and the staff were great! It took 15-20 minutes to repair a fairly damaged screen. The appointment booking system was really easy to use and I although the £99 fee does seem, the guarantee for the work makes it worth while.”
