“impeccable service - from initial enquiry to having my repaired iPad back was less than 3 hours. All very straightforward and stress-free. The screen that I now have on my iPad seems to be a bit more reflective than the original screen. It's not dreadful but it is noticeable. Great quality service.”

“I was amazed at how great the service was at Lovefone. I walked in off the street with no appointment and within 15 minutes, the guys in the workshop had replaced the battery in my iPhone! I've recommended Lovefone to several colleagues already. So much faster and cheaper than going to Apple if you're out of warranty.”

“I booked my appointment in the morning for the same day, popped into the store on my lunch and my phone was fixed within 15 minutes! Amazing, friendly and quick service. Would definitely recommend, in fact I already have to two friends! Thanks!”

“I broke my iPhone screen over the weekend and booked an appointment to get this replaced on Monday morning. Booking was easy and straightforward. My screen was replaced in 10 minutes whilst I waited, allowing me to get straight back to work. I have come to Lovefone with similar problems and always receive a greats service. The team are helpful and I would definitely use Lovefone again and recommend them to others. Thank you! Ellie”

“I was extremely impressed with the service Lovefone provided me yesterday! It was the first time I have ever shattered/broke an iPhone and was devastated that I was looking around paying £120 for a repair. I was reccommened Lovefone by a friend, so I did my research and saw all the great feedback etc. I took my phone in and explained how it fell out of its case onto the floor and by 15 minutes it was returned to me in perfect condition. The gentleman who served me amazed me by telling me I also have a 1 year warranty on my repair and advised me it is the best quality repair etc. Everyone in the store were more than professional which game me even more clarity that my IPhone 5s is in the best hands. I left the store extremely happy and went straight to social media about how amazing Lovefone was to me. I Cannot recommend it enough, my partner who has been avoiding repairing his phone for weeks due to Apples extortionate repair prices is popping into Lovefone today to get his iPhone repaired. 100% customer satisfaction Connor Dowd London”
