“Well, my iPhone 6 broke, the microphone failed, I contacted Apple and arranged a repair, the process was slow and when they quoted me almost £300, I gave up. As with many people I'm lost without my mobile so, after 18 months of the iPhone 6, I bought an iPhone 7. Frustrated that the 6 only needed a microphone, I searched the internet for repairers. I found Lovefone. The website looked promising, but perhaps too good to be true. Anyway, nothing to lose, I thought I would give it a try. Wow, what a find, a simple process, easy to post my faulty phone off to London, great communication all the way through. I posted my mobile on the Tuesday afternoon from Derbyshire , I received an email to tell it had been received on Wednesday morning, and an email to tell me it was on its way back. The phone was received on Friday morning, well packaged and fully repaired. The iPhone is now going to my nehew for his 11th birthday as his first mobile. 😎 I've already told friends and family about Lovefone and would have no hesitation in recommending them based on the service I received or using them if and when my iPhone 7 fails! What a nice easy response at a fair price in our demanding and all too often rip off society. Thank you JB”

“Broke my iPhone 6S in the bathroom in the morning, had an appointment with Lovefone booked on the same morning. The job was done within half an hour of me arriving at the shop and a lifetime guarantee was great. I've had the new screen for a month now and there've been no problems yet.”

“Always a friendly reception, they are very clear about the work they are going to do and how much it will cost - and they get the job done very quickly. I don't know if I can go so far as to describe their service as 'cheap' - after all, Apple products and their components are very expensive - but their charges are certainly not exorbitant, either. I have used Lovefone more times than I'd care to remember over the past 5 years, but they have not let me down once. Recommended.”

“I accidently dropped my iPhone5s on a Saturday afternoon. The screen completely smashed. I was flying out of London Heathrow on the Sunday evening on a busy business trip and urgently required to get the screen fixed. I used my wife's phone to search for a repair shop and found Lovefone, one of the few places open for normal business on a Sunday. I took the underground to Goodge St., then 5 mins walk to the shop. The guys were brilliant. They had the phone fixed and working in less than 30 mins. £49. Top class friendly service and I can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks again guys! Much appreciated and hope your business blooms. You deserve it.”
