“Great service to replace the battery of my iPhone 5. Very easy to arrange for it to be collected (via email) in under 2 hours and returned to me inside another 2 hours. Highly recommended.”

“My iPhone 6 screen was shattered into a spiderweb after a bad fall. Walked into shop, immediately greeted and asked to come back in around half hour to collect phone: I had nothing to do I decided to stay and sat reading a magazine. Within 20 mins, I had a working brand new screen !! Top class service”

“I arranged for a screen replacement for my Nexus 5 using the courier pick-up service. It was picked up at 9.30am from my office building in Farringdon, and returned in perfect condition before 11am! The receptionist couldn't believe it, and immediately asked me what company I used for future reference. Lovefone provide a quick and easy service for professionals in London and the final cost was just a little over what I would expect to pay in a repair store with a two-day wait. Highly recommended.”

“I was shopping on Oxford street when I dropped my iPhone 5s, completely smashing the screen and losing a large chunk of it. Within an hour of this I had what felt like a brand new phone. Would recommend for service, price and location!”

“The guys at Lovefone were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I phoned to discuss my iPhone 5s issue and they offered expert advice and a same-day service to help fix the problem. Then, as my card did not work, they kindly agreed to take part-payment for the bill in cash. Highly, highly recommend and a welcome change from the rip-off merchants of South London.”

“Replacement battery! does exactly what it sounds like, and my formerly terrible battery life is back on top, my phone died en route to the shop. The switch over happened while I waited, I could have wandered off for a coffee but was in a bit of a rush. The guys were super friendly and didn't just replace it and throw me out, but talked through some of the other issues with my antique fruit based communication device. All good. just do it.”

“Lovefone have been fixing iPhones for my family for several years now and we have to say that the service just gets better ! The sales team are polite and helpful and the tech guys really know their stuff. The online payment system, a new one for us, is seamless and very easy to use, not like some online payment pages. All in all the service is excellent and we are always pleased with the results, even with almost totally destroyed iPhones, they come back working perfectly. We would and do highly recommend Lovefone to all our friends and colleagues. Thanks Again, Trev Pike, a very satisfied customer.”

“I previously went to a store near my area to get my iPhone 5 battery replaced because of its sudden drop in percentage, as well as it dying as early as 40%. The battery they replaced it with was even worse! So i decided after reading many reviews to try Lovefone. This was the perfect place for me to go to after me previous feeling skeptical about trying to change my battery again. The battery is now just as it was when I bought the phone, with speedy 15 minutes service and 1 year warranty. Would highly recommend this store to anyone with issues needing repair that they service!”
