“Faultless service and highly recommended (this is the third time I have used Lovefone - all for different issues - and the service has been excellent each time). This time, the power button on my Android Phone failed while I was on holiday outside of London and the phone was effectively dead. Nobody local had any idea what to do. I called Lovefone who seemed to know precisely what the issue was and I sent the phone to them via overnight courier. The phone was fixed the next day and returned to be overnight - in excellent working order.”

“Apple quoted £200 to replace an IPad screen. As this was my first broken screen on any device, I spent several hours researching reviews of dozens of alternatives to Apple. Lovefone quoted £89, a two hour repair and one year warranty on the repair. (You can also fix an appointment to avoid a wait). Lovefone had over a thousand positive reviews, was the ONLY site whose reviews were definitely genuine and the repair time the shortest. I dropped the IPad off at Tottenham Street and was very reassured to find several people waiting with their own smashed screens!! Lovefone called me within the hour to say it was ready. The repair was perfect and the service outstanding. I cannot recommend Lovefone more highly.”

“I've been using LoveFone since the very early days when Alex would come to meet you to fix your phone screen over a drink in a coffee shop. Since then we've had numerous phones and ipads fixed (and a mac years ago too). They are always professional, quick, offer a quality service and very easy to deal with. The courier service is an excellent addition too. All in all always been very pleased with the results.”

“This is the second time that LoveFone have replaced a screen on mi iPhone - yes I dropped it again, no the bumper didn't save the screen. The guys are helpful, courteous and super-quick... I arrived without an appointment, but they were straight onto it and within 10 mins, a new screen installed... superb again!”

“I had a 9am appointment band was met in a friendly and welcoming way but the lady on reception. She found my appointment quickly and advised of a 15min wait. She gave me a seat and then offered the plug socket at the wall for my laptop to allow me to work while I wait. She was great. He chap who repaired my phone did so on time and provided some guidance on the work he had done. Excellent. Well done!”

“My son is starting secondary school and I had an iPhone 5 available for him to use, but the battery would only last 20mins and was past the period to claim a replacement from Apple. Went to Lovefone, they replaced the battery in 5mins, checked it was charging correctly and gave me a 12month warranty with it too. Service was very quick and efficient, the phone is like new again..”

“Really quick turnaround - I called at 12, the technician was here at my location at 2 - they fixed the phone in the convenience of my office and I didn't have to take any time out at all. 15 mins later I had a brand new screen and the phone is working as well as it did on day 1! I work in a high speed environment and am reliant on my phone being functional, so I was looking for a service that could offer quick turnaround times. I'm pleased to say Lovefone's service was the most efficient and effective that I have ever experienced. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of repairs!”
