“This is the second time I have used LoveFone and they are much better than the big brands or even your usual independent repair shops. With apple, you have to book appointments - and even then you're not guaranteed that they will fix your phone. With other shops on the high street, they charge extortionate amounts and sometimes the phone is not properly fixed. I usually find myself stuck between reliable big brand stores that charge lots of money or independent repair stores that are not reliable enough. LoveFone is the best of both worlds - it's affordable and reliable... They also understand how important your phone is, so they repaired mine within 2-3 hours and communicated via email as I had my laptop with me. The people seem very friendly and hard working, so really happy to give an all round positive review. Couldn't recommend enough.”

“I was new to London and did not know where to repair my iPhone 5. I found Lovefone online, it was very easy to book an appointment and the location is easy to find, close to Goodge Street Tube Station. I came 20 minutes early for my scheduled time, but they still managed to squeeze me in early and my phone was ready in 30 minutes. Perfect for me to have a coffee while I waited in one of the many cafes and coffee shops located close to Lovefone. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. I had a great experience, and will not hesitate to use Lovefone again or recommend it to others.”

“My dad was over from the Netherlands and we took the opportunity to get his iPhone 5S fixed at a place with great reviews and quick turn around times in the heart of London, where we could wait on the repair to be done. The waiting didn't take very long, within 15 minutes we were outside again, with a brand new screen and lightning port, ready for our next adventure. Very happy customers and would definitively recommend everybody to consider doing his or her smartphone repairs at Lovefone.”

“This service was brilliant. I had booked in for 4pm but came early to see if they could help earlier and it was no problem. The two guys were really easy going and friendly. They fixed my home button in 30 mins, and in the same time, replaced someone else's battery and another's screen! I'd definitely come back here if (when!) my phone breaks again :)”
