“I have now had the misfortune (because I dropped my iPhone!) to use Lovefone twice. On both occasions they have been absolutely superb. The phone is received, repaired, and posted back to me on the same day - meaning that I am only without my phone for around 48 hours. Communications are regular and clear. I have had cause to use another repairer in the past and their service was extremely poor by comparison. I certainly don't intend to break the screen on my phone again, but if I do, I will be using Lovefone without hesitation. Outstanding guys......well done!”

“Very friendly and efficient service. Offered the quickest time to repair my phone! Dropped it in, went to the bank and it was done within 30 minutes and good as new!! No hassle and very easy! Would 100% recommend.”

“These guys at Lovefone are amazing and recommend them to all my friends with phone problems. They already changed the charging dock on my iPhone 4S almost 2 years ago and it still works just fine. Recently my phones battery has been absolutely shocking ( maybe letting it swim in the bath doesn't help...oooops) so finally got some time to get it replaced. I booked a slot on thursday evening for Friday. I got there 10 minutes earlier but the guys were happy to help and I was in and out in 15 minutes. The best thing is that my phone now lasted over 30hours on a single charge!! WOW thank you”

“These guys were amazing. Thought my iPad had had it as I dropped it and it landed on the edge, shattering the screen and bending the metal buy the volume buttons which meant they didn't work nor the slider button. Not only was it fixed in under a couple of hours but they mended the metal back, fixed the buttons and the slider and now it works perfectly. I'd recommend these to guys anyone without a seconds thought. Awesome service, great people who really know what they're doing.”

“I has avoided getting my phone repaired for a few weeks because I didn't have time to find a repair shop and had been quoted £150 at the market. Lovefone really really impressed me. It was fast, picked up and delivered on time, I could see exactly when the courier would arrive online and when I got my phone back the same day it looked like new. It was a lot cheaper than the guy at the market and I didn't even have to leave the office. The best service I have had from any company in a long time!!!”

“I booked online, when I arrived they dealt with me quickly and courteously. They took the phone away, replaced the screen and all was well within 20 minutes. Can't argue with that.”
