“I am very pleased with the service I have received. My phone was picked up by a courier service within 1 hour of emailing and was back, repaired that same morning. As I had difficulty restarting my phone, I called Alex who was so patient and helpful. My phone is now working well. I would definitely recommend Lovefone for all this and also for its excellent value for money. Many thanks!!”

“Excellent service. I popped into the shop with a smashed iPad air screen and within 2 hrs it was as good as new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again. ????????????”

“The repair was fantastic and very quick - phone looks great and the new cover is barely visible on the screen - the only thing I was less keen on was the headphones, which I thought had volume control as well as mic control, also the sound is very tinny through them - it would be good if you had a better headphone/mic set to sell. Otherwise v happy.”

“Fantastic quick service on fixing Iphone 6 screen damage. Took 45 mins no appointment unlike apple who wanted 4 days for an appointment and cheaper at £99 will use again”

“What an exceptional service, quick, easy, efficient and reliable. Lovefone have an incredibly knowledge and understanding of how important mobile technology is in todays world and to its customers. My phone was collected from work, repaired and returned within 3 hours and for a reasonable price. What else could I ask for! The courier tracker is a nice touch and important for customers to feel at ease and reassured on progress.”

“Excellent service, quick and easy - broken iPhone 6 screen, walked in to store and it was replaced in under 20 minutes. All staff friendly and polite. Such a seamless and stress free experience. Phone looked as good as new.”

“Excellent service, the phone was picked up by a courier just after 9am with a broken screen. It was delivered back to me fully repaired just after 11am. The repair is to a very high standard. The phone looks like new.”

“Genuinely couldn't believe the service. Apple couldn't fix my iPhone the same day so I headed over to lovephone - they guys were helpful and they did it in less time than it took me to buy a coffee round the corner... Parts are all functioning well - and even send online receipts... Genuinely can't fault them. Will be recommending...”

“Lovefone did both of my repair tasks within 2 hours - an efficient set-up with great service. They also fixed a minor secondary problem free of charge whilst they had the screen off my ipad. Both devices now workinng perfectly again.”
