Complete whip off, You have the phone them to book a flight. I found a flight with easy jet. Gave them all the details but they wanted to charge me a third more is the book it through them?

DO NOT BUY...My friend ordered £15 of these vouchures for my birthday and they were sent to me in £1 cards!!! How bloody stupid!! Just been to TKMAXX and bought £18 product and TKMAXX checkout would only accept £4 of the vouchures. SCSM SCAM SCAM. I have warned my friend not to buy them again. What a load of rubbish. Like Wilkinson I can see this Company going under. It's very competitive these days and word gers around!

Love2Shop is a horrible shopping experience. I would advise anyone considering using this company please don't. I received a £250 gift card that expired Feb 23 and I tried to use it before the end of the expiration date and it was impossible. When I phoned customer service they told me it had expired as it was bought through a company, I would lose the £250. If I could give this company 0 Stars I would. I don't think this is in line with the FCA rules.

Absolutely shocking company ! I do not know why anyone uses this company to reward anyone! It’s impossible to redeem any voucher along with them taking a lovely little profit from your hard earned reward. I do not recommend this company at all!!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs an absolute SCAM My father was given these absolutely useless vouchers as a retirement present after working for the company for 40 years to be then told by Julie Cahill at this company that basically tough they have expired so we get to keep all the money it’s not even like it’s a little amount it’s £100 they have basically stolen off my father due to a expiry date!!! I wonder how many thousands of people they have stolen from and kept other peoples money?? As that’s basically what they are doing stealing other peoples money and even worse most people get given these useless vouchers as presents for retirement or birthday etc So if it goes out of date tough …. We get to keep your present money for our selves I wonder how may thousands of not tens or hundreds of thousands of pounds they have stolen of other people money with the way they run there company Thousands of people I can only guess looking at the reviews online well I will be posting on every single review site and social media warning others of this companies Scam of keeping others money Give people the money instead of these vouchers if you don’t want them stolen from you with these T&Cs

The vouchers are an absolute nightmare to redeem and if you make a mistake on the website and dont succesfully check out the system shows that the voucher code has been redeemed (but an oops error appears). Webchat next to useless just "you will have to contact issuing shop for replacement code as your number has been duplicated. Wasted enough time on this alr eady

I have a valid Love2shop gift card, which is due to expire in 6 weeks. I went on to the website to check my balance. All my account details were up to date and correct, and I kept getting told I do not have a valid card. I typed in the card number, and checked it was correct, and was still told the same thing. I rang the help number on the website, and had to type in my card number, but after I put the first few digits in (correctly) it said this was not valid. I tried several times with no luck. I finally rang and managed to get through to a very helpful lady, who said my card is valid, and gave me my balance. I experienced the same problems last year when I tried to get my balance, and gave up in the end. Just a shame it took me so long to get there. I have given the customer service I received 5 stars, but the one star is for the website and automated telephone line!

Not very helpful at all. Claimed vouchers but the digital card sent does not work/ open at all. Emailed them but got no response at all. Wouldn't recommend.

Fortunately I only used a small amount to purchase the gift card, really as a test to see how it went before I spent what I had planned (a few hundred). So glad I did! The recipient never got the money even after activating the card. I have emailed them several times but nada!. This set up is clearly a CON. Please don’t use them

Dreadful customer service, if you have any problems with your vouchers you will get zero help. Everything is difficult dealing with this company. If you want to give vouchers, go elsewhere, avoid this company like the plague.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OR USE THIS COMPANY!! I RECEIVED A LOVE2SHOP GIFT CARD, REGISTERED IT AND EXCHANGED £100.00 TO AN AMAZON GIFT CARD ON 01 JUNE 2022. HAVING REALISED TODAY THAT NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION WAS EVER RECEIVED STATING THAT THE PURCHASE HAD GONE THROUGH AND NOT RECEVING THE ITEM ALL I HAVE BEEN TOLD IS THAT THE GIFT CARD WAS SENT TO THE ADDRESS HELD ON FILE. WHEN SPEAKING TO THE REPRESENTATIVE THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY DETAILS ON THE PURCHASE OR PROVIDE THE AMAZON GIFT CARD NUMBER SO THAT I CAN CONTACT AMAZON TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT I HAVE PERMISSION TO BE ON THE ACCOUNT, IT IS IN MY HUSBANDS NAME, AND HE HAS CALLED THROUGH TODAY TO PUT A PASSWORD IN FILE. terrible customer service - this company is a fraud - I got 2 cards from my company and i left £3 in one of them, then i had £42 in another one which after washing it with my jacket lost the security codes. i emailed them to change the £40 to the other card, and they say i have to order a new card for almost £9 - almost 20% of the total value on my card. My HR contacted them and they just send me to and After sales department which said the same. they are terrible- NEVER use THEM

Charging 10 pounds when your card expires is a con if you cant renew ,if theres no money in the account there's no charge,thats so wrong for a company to do that ,ive been warning friends to keep there accounts empty after this so they don't get a charge of 10 pounds for nothing

We traded our free hotel nights that we weren't going to use for £40 of Love to Shop vouchers. This seemed like a good idea with Christmas around the corner and a baby to buy presents for. OMG! WHAT A NIGHTMARE, we wanted to use them for an online purchase, it says you can convert them online so you can use them towards an online purchase. It charges you 10% to do this. But then instead of a voucher code that you can use towards a purchase, it gives you card details, so you can only put them towards something costing exactly the same or less than the voucher value. Also has to be used in 2 months or it expires!! Looked into moving the value back onto the original cards, so we can use them in store, this costs you another 10%!! Absolutely disgusting, you are scammers! Now we are stuck with a useless master card, at a lower value, its going to cost us again to move it back. You should be ashamed!

The worst experience with customers service ever. I got a voucher to use for holidays. - it's a nightmare - you not able to use with in the shops, on theirs website you faster won on lottery than find what you interested in. When you email they will reply with one sentence sending you back to website or adive to call - no one pick up the phone!!! Call 7 times and wait more that 10 min - its sounds like it's their said way to scam customers on phone bills. Ridiculous not aprochable, usless and not existing customer services.
