“Item that was sent from Nova clothing was fake, £450 t shirt with no way to authenticate, was different to the photo on the website and had a tag cut out from the inside and replaced with another, I’d have been better with a £10 Manchester special. Luckily got refunded but that was then dealing with a third company.”

“Received item ok, no issue. However, the item had to be returned, which I might add, I did everything as requested. I got an email stating I would receive my refund and I'm still waiting for it. I sent numerous emails and some of them were not answered and I only got a response because I threatened to go to the police. Which is still on the agenda as I still have not received my refund I will never buy another item from this site and I urge others not to either, stay clear. Very bad customer services.”
