I've read some very negative reviews that you never deliver the book. I want to gift my husband on our anniversary and I'm really confused if I should order or not.

Thanks for writing Farwa. We get a large amount of orders every day from all over the world. Unfortunately, statistically we do have books that get lost in transit. Fortunately, that only makes up for about .05% of our shipments. Customers who get their books lost in the mail have a tendency to quickly post negative reviews. The most important factor is how we respond. The negative reviews you have read have already been corrected and you will not see the end result. We offer a full money-back guarantee if a shipment is lost or we will reprint an order free of charge (usually with some form of upgraded, trackable shipping). So, rest assured, that we will always take care of our customers. Reviews.io is a new site that is actively trying to get our business.
