I will NEVER use this company again! Been trying to get in touch with them since 8/3/20 still no response or acknowledgment a month on! Trying to stop them from taking payments for a holiday that’ll be cancelled due to the covid situation! Bank can’t help until money has been taken but why are love holiday still taking money from people? Because they’re keeping the cash and issuing vouchers! We even tried to change the dates of our holiday to next year but received a request refusal the following day! THEY CAN’T ACCOMMODATE US! Pity the customer service department can’t respond that quickly!!! Utter disgrace of a company! GREEDY, MONEY GRABBING COWBOYS!!

Loveholidays have to be the worst package holiday providers out there. I advise every single person to totally boycott them. After trying to get a little more information on my holiday on 6th May they refused to talk to me. I then stated my rights under the Package Travel Regulations Act 2018 and they called me within seconds. Only then to be told i needed to contact my airline, hotel and transfer company to see what what happening. As far as i'm aware that isn't my job. They then refused to provide me with a complaints email or phone number and the agent i spoke with ended the chat before i could respond. BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT USELESS.

I was trying to resolve an issue, which required an escalation. The answer was for the Operator to simply end the live chat conversation. I had the remaining balance taken out even though we were on lockdown. Whilst they have said they will refund the balance, they refuse to refund my deposit. I am appalled at the level of customer service, particularly at this difficult time for us all. I will never book with this company again.

flight wsa cancelled on 14th march from Belfast to Fuerteventura we sat on the runway for over 3 hours then brought back to the terminal and I have yet to get any email etc from love holidays iv 3 holidays booked this year and a credit note not going to help me my next holiday 23/4 with onthebeach already been emailed and told they will contact me to let me know when refund is complete excellent service but this company I will never use again unbelievable run by imbeciles not good enough

Love holidays have now passed my personal details onto other companies, am absolutely shocked that they can do this under data protection law, not only are they with holding payments due back to customers, they are selling your personal details... shocking behaviour

Terrible customer service!! I wanted my money back after it was cancelled on the 19th of March, said they would be in contact but nothing. Avoid this Dyer company!!! Please no one ever use this company again lets put them out of business they do not deserve our hard working money! can never get through on the phone, no one replies to emails and live chat is pointless.

I don't even think there deserve 1 star. I don't want credit, I want my money back which entitled to as provide sweet FA. Contacting them is also a joke. No responses to message in managing booking, emails and live chat is useless. Screen shot everything I am writing standards and practice. Totally had enough

Online chat is useless due to fly in 4 days no contact and spent 3 hrs online with no reply then cut off This company will sink keep hold of your atol certificates

I have been trying to contact love holidays for some weeks now via email, live chat and phone call. All to no avail, no response whatsoever. My attempted contact is in response to the cancellation of my holiday during the coronavirus pandemic. Love holidays' customer service is extremely poor. I would not book with them again.

Absolutely disgusting . I was informed I would not be intitled to a refund after my holiday was cancelled due to corona virus , all I am being offered is a credit note. I informed them that I had lost my job and wouldn’t be having a holiday any time soon my bills will be way behind and a holiday would not be a priority I need the money to live instead , this was met with a very unsympathetic response. I was basically told it was not their problem and they’re we’re acting within their rights. What a way to treat people at a worrying time like this. I will never ever book with this company again.

Although other rival booking forms are offering full refunds on hotel stays (even if booked as non-refundable), LH are only offering credit notes that can be cashed in if not used after 12months from the date of issue... assuming they will still be operating at that time. LH cut me off twice in the on-line chat as I would not accept waiting a year for a refund. And advised as it was not an ATOL protected flight (i.e. not flight at all but a hotel reservation), I was not protected by law (and therefore didn't have to treat customers fairly) and said that if I wasn't happy to claim on my insurance (if you have any - and insurers try not to pay of a worthless voucher is offered anyway). On the other hand Booking.com provided a full cash refund under identical circumstances - will stick to Booking.com going forward. Customers should be aware that LH are really just our for themselves and should be very wary when dealing with them - I shall not be dealing with LH ever again.

My holiday was cancelled due to Covid 19. They emailed me to say they would be in touch soon but nobody has contacted me this was mid March. The email also said no further payments would be taken from my card but to my surprise this morning a payment for the remainder of the holiday payment taken from my account. THIS IS FRAUD!!!! Why are you still taking payments out of my card if the holiday has been cancelled????? I want my money back ASAP

Needed to do amendments to my holiday, contacted Love Holidays who replied promptly with what I needed to do. Unfortunately, they told me incorrect information - to contact the airline to make changes to my flight then the airline told me Love Holidays gave me wrong information and only they can change my flight. Also, after making changes to my hotel, still awaiting a response on transfers. I've now been waiting days and days and days for someone to acknowledge my request for assistance in this matter. Eventually, Love Holidays came back to me and told me to contact the airline again after I told them the airline expect Love Holidays to make the adjustments - I'm a ping pong being bounced back and forward - very poor customer service.

Atrocious! Requested to change the date of our holiday, loveholidays advised us to change flights with airline which we did, then refused to change hotel & transfers. We now have flights & hotel/transfer a year apart. Loveholidays are closing every ‘message’ request to them via ‘manage my booking’ without even responding.

Lh won't refund our money, there haven't even contacted us and we were supposed to fly today, we contacted them and there offered us a credit voucher which is only atol protected until July 31th then we can redeem money on 1st of August but that's just the hotel, we have to contact easy jet ourselves for the flight money... Bloody pathetic... Bad customer services and I will never use Lh or easy jet ever again and hope there go bust.

We have had our flight cancelled and the foreign office are telling people not to travel and still love holidays are trying to take more money for a holiday that is clearly cancelled. They are not cancelling and are clearly waiting until about. 7 days prior to travel before cancelling my holiday. Tried to contact and they just keep saying they are waiting for the foreign office to update. What is wrong with this company . Just cancel now as I don’t want a credit note or to transfer to a later stage. The customer service is shocking and we all know it’s tough times but there is a way to liaise with people and they are doing it the right way.

Amazingly love holiday it turns out cancelled my hotel stay approximately 2 weeks ago and the hotel have confirmed in writing that they have received no payment for our stay. Therefore, where the hell is our money! I would understand a loss if the hotel we to be reimbursed in some way but this company are thieving low life’s who are out to get what they can. We are currently now looking into our section 75 rights as we booked with a credit card. Never ever again use this company. Their lack of integrity and the poor treatment of their customers is a clear sign of the lack of respect they have for the customers who have used them time and time Again. Disgusting!!!

Had to get flight refund with RyanAir who are willing to pay in full. Love Holidays will only pay me back £177 on credit note for hotel and I'd lose out on £105. Used them many times but never again. Definitely illegal.
