“Booked an All inclusive Holiday to Antalya in January, due to covid-19 cancel led which was expected. Love Holidays have offered me a partial refund which excludes the flights (Easyjet). This was booked as an Atol protected holiday which includes refund of the flights. So I amamazed that they are not paying me the flight money I have to go through Easyjet, but I booked it as a package. I have never used Love Holidays before who rate themselves as No. 1 for online Holidays, I think they need to rethink their slogan. No. 1 for rip off holidyas. Customer relations is absolute joke phone numbers down and live chat is not up and running they are just running away from customers. Do not use them......”

“We booked to go on holiday August 1st. We had flights cancelled weeks ago and informed Love Holidays but they still took the balance owing from our credit card. It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with them by phone, chat or email. We are now sat in limbo not knowing who to turn to. I just want to scream!!!”

“Very disappointed with love holidays. I booked a trip with them last year to travel to Antalya, Turkey. The hotel was spectacular no doubt about that. The flights let their service down, and I was unaware that my ticket consisted of more than 5 hours of waiting in Istanbul Turkey to travel to Antalya. This is unacceptable to keep someone waiting for more than 5 hours at an airport to travel such a short distance. I saw other flights that were available but love holidays refused to change my flight and assist me in any way possible. This was my first booking with the company and I can assure you I will never book an all inclusive holiday with this ridiculous company again!!”

“Hopeless company. Received an atol backed voucher but unable to get my jet2 flight refund. Jet2 confirmed that they refunded Love holidays but unable to get any contact with Love holidays. I’m getting close to issuing a county court summons.”

“Due to fly 26th August. Jet 2 cancelled and I still have not received my refund. Cannot get in touch with love holidays to get any information. I have lost my job and its important now I get the money thats due to me. Its so upsetting that after everything that won't reply to emails answer phones no contact!! Please anyone any advice?”

“Impossible to get hold of anyone ... had a flight cancelled which has effectively ended our holiday after 3 months of trying they won't reply, a bunch of pirates with zero concern for their customers ...if I could give them a zero I would.”

“Dishonest and deceitful company. Refusing to refund 5 months after holiday cancelled. Customer agent claimed refund would be processed but nothing received and they are now ignoring e-mails. Love Holidays book a lot of holidays with Jet 2 and then add on costs. My advice is book direct with Jet 2 holidays - they are cheaper and have much better customer service.”

“We tried to contact the company several times in the past three months, but there was no phone number or any other live contact option. We sent messages on the platform and still no reply. I'm also not sure that the company is still active. Be careful! Avoid if possible.”

“Finally got a FULL REFUND today ( flights and hotel), had to resort to the county court and instruct bailiffs but it worked out ! Awarded court costs too . Huge sigh of relief , Never ever will i use this bunch of crooks again.”

“I only write to forewarn others not to use this company. After relentless attempts over one week to get through on webchat i can only conclude this company has created a non contactable customer service policy removing any phone numbers and email response. They are hiding behind we are very busy bull s... beware of the cancelleation charges, given that you cannot contact them to discuss options you can only cancel your holiday once you pay their £75.00 cancellation fee. Disgusting, avoid this company like the plague!”

“I am disgusted with Love Holidays. Have a holiday booked for 4th August to Crete with flights and accomodation for me and my family through Love Holidays. Have not been able to contact anyone at Love Holidays and have made an official pre-deprature complaint to ABTA which I have chased again today. They don;t answer their phone3s. You cant contact anyone on Live Chat yet they are still filling my inbox with promtional emails. Luckily I have booked on my Credit Card so I will let the bank to fight them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Absolutely disgusting that they are allowed to treat their customers this way and just literally take their money!”

“Booked a holiday to Menorca for 12th May 2020. Obviously cancelled due to COVID19. Not much communication from Love Holidays. Only re-book but we dont want to... we want a refund. According to their website they will not refund until the airline refunds them. Checking if airline has refunded them... waiting for response. Could not get back into my booking without requesting a link , which was sent and although I was in my email waiting for link and pounced on it immediately when I click on it it said the link had expired. Did this three times with the same response. Obviously LH do not want me to see my booking!! I would NOT recommend LH and will NEVER book with them again. They do not respond to any queries although we have contacted them a few times. Where I can appreciate they have a lot to contend with with COVID19 I do think they could at least respond and allow access to my booking. We just want a REFUND...DO NOT book with this company .”

“This is a con set up of a business run by Johnny Marsh and Alex Francis . For week now ive been waiting for their live chat to come on with days of my time wasted . Jet2 provided me with bank transfer details and date of transaction proving my money was paid back for my flight . Lovehoildays have denied receiving this money . Im now going down the legal route and taking these to court . You cannot call anyone over this company thier phone lines are just a message . PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY > ITS A CON SET UP”

“Don't bother booking with this company they won't be around for long. We were due to fly to Spain at the very start of April I.e. the start of lockdown, I requested my refund online and was told I would need to call to confirm I definetly wanted a cash refund. Don't have to do that when I'm booking online you just take my money straight away - funny how things change when you're paying money out for a service not delivered! Anyway I called them to confirm and was told my refund would be processed Almost 4 months after our departure date no refund has landed into my account. We were told the refund for our hotel was paid at the start of June and should credit in 5 working days needless to say no funds have landed (now nearing the end of July) and there isn't a human being around to talk to. Not only is it beyond shocking that love holiday seem to forget that people have also handed money over for flights to them too, but they can't even get the refund for the hotel sorted! Absolutely disgusting customer service... Noone responds to emails or webchat, noone answers the phone. I've got family who booked on the same girls holiday with the likes of travel Republic and jet 2 who've had a full refund for months. Future bookers - chose your company carefully, customer service counts!”

“For 3 weeks now we have been constantly trying to make contact with love holidays.com. After sending numerous requests to change our September holiday to next May. We have had no confirmation of this nor can we get in live chat. Very poor service will not use again.”
