Booked a holiday with these Jokers to NYC. My deposit was happily accepted and confirmation of my booking sent. Only to receive an email to tell me there was an issue with my booking. I didn't hear anything after 72hrs as they suggested I would. So I sent various messages to them to enquiring what the problem was, I received no response. I made various calls to them holding on for more that 30 minutes listening to a stream of music and still didn't get through to them. Eventually 10 days later I managed to get through to them after being cut off a few times and demanded a refund. I'm still waiting for the refund to show up on my credit card statement.

NEVER EVER BOOK WITH LOVEHOLIDAYS they said it takes 72 hours to confirm the booking had to keep on ringing. After 72 hours I had to ring the company and spoke to someone on the phone who said to me that the holidays was confirmed however they lied to me. I then spoke to someone else they had confirmed the booking and I then received a Full booking confirmation for the flights and the hotel. 2 weeks later they emailed saying that there changing our flight to a completely different airport and where charging extra even though both the hotel and the flights were confirmed from before. There customer service is really bad and didn’t help at all. Not a reliable company to book your holiday with.

I made a simple error with my booking. I made a simple error with my booking. Bare in mind the error was I had booked room only and wanted to change it to bed and breakfast and pay the additional money. This wasn’t allowed - I was told cos I had booked a no refundable room this meant nothing could be done. Nothing at all!! I am very disappointed as I raised this with them less then 24 hours after realising. Not only that but I have also booked another hotel with them mins before and my brother has booked the two same hotels with them. They have had the money in full upfront and won’t change this tiny little detail. Very disappointment will not be using this company again. Advise everyone to read the terms and conditions before any booking because as on your email says you can do this but actually you can’t.

DO NOT USE THEIR TRANSFER SERVICE To be honest they were spot on with the hotel. It was everything that they said it would be so a bonus. However Do read the small print for the flights as it doesn't include luggage. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use them for transfers. Arrived in Prague with friends and met the rep for transfer to the hotel. He went to walk away and I asked about our transfer. He rudely told us driver in toilet and walked away. 45 minutes later and 12 unsuccessful phone calls later we ended up paying again for a taxi to the hotel which was about £30. The point is we already paid. We then contacted Loveholidays to be told it is down to us and they would not reimburse us for added taxi fare. We never asked for that. We asked for our money back for the transfer. Then to top it all we made our own way to the airport after deciding not to take the chance on the transfer people which is an hour away from the hotel. We got a text from the driver 35 minutes before the gate opened at the airport to say he had arrived at the hotel so had we relied on the transfer we would have been late for our flight. DO NOT USE THEIR TRANSFER £48 for transfer that we will not ever get back.

Only got 1 star, because I couldn't give 0. Charged £12 fee per person for flight, took 5 days for the hotel, which went up by £70. The live chat, they dont respond. On the phone you wait around 30 minutes, then are transferred to another department & wait 30 minutes again. Then they are not clear, with solutions to your problem, also regularly getting cut off when you do get through. Avoid like the plague, you will regret otherwise.

I've booked a place in a hostel in India and already paid the payment for my stay through credit card but than after 1 day it canceled my booking reservation and telling my that there wasn't enough availability but when i checked the website again I still could see the availability of rooms etc. Very very disappointed!!

Same story as those posted below. I checked Love Holidays before making the booking and only found 4/5 star reviews. FAKE NEWS. I would advise to avoid them like the plague. Booked a trip to New York 5 days ago and received an email confirming they'd received the booking, then another to say part of it couldn't be confirmed but their experienced team would contact within 72 hours. 120 hours later and I've heard nothing, can't get through on the live chat so am hanging on the phone again for 20+ minutes and counting. Love Holidays are total SCAMMERS - avoid. Oh, they've still taken my deposit though. Shocking company.

Horrible experience! I paid for what I thought to be a good deal for half board holidays to Turkey including flights but what happens is once you enter you payment details, your booking is not confirmed, one of their agents is supposed to call you but I never received this call, I had to phone them myself and I spent 1h30mn for my call to get through only for them to inform me that "Unfortunately" there were changes to some parts of my booking. Basically, they asked me to add £1000!!!Of Course I had to cancel. I asked them why they don`t update their website with the real prices, their reply was that the prices increased after I placed my order which is completely untrue as I went back to their website few days afterwards, entered the same holidays and it came up to the initial price that I paid, very dishonest scheme and misleading prices. Loveholidays is even worse than other companies that use similar methods as this one takes the money out and you get your refund after 5 working days which leaves you unable to book other holidays during that time . Never ever again will I use this dodgy company.Be aware!

I booked a trip to Disneyland Paris through Loveholidays a few days ago. I INSTANTLY received 2 emails - one to confirm that I'd made the booking and a 2nd to say that I had a message from them. Upon logging in to the account I could see that they'd sent me a message to say that an element of my trip couldn't be booked & someone would be in touch within 72 hours with a solution. The following day I read that Flybe was in trouble and as one of our flights was with them I thought I'd cancel the booking altogether & re-book with Air France flights. But it turns out you've more chance getting in touch with your dead grandma than Loveholidays. They suggest their livechat is the quickest way & given they see themselves as a "tech company operating in the travel sector" (their words) you'd expect that to be the case. Unfortunately there's been "no-one available to chat" for each of the 9 times that I've visited their livechat page. They also gave a phone number & I'm currently 36 minutes into their listening to their hold music (currently One Direction so I'm getting even more annoyed!) with no answer from anyone, I tried to no avail for 20 minutes too. So as I can't speak with anyone I thought I'd just cancel the booking online. I pressed "cancel booking" and I received a note before I confirmed to say that as the trip was due to depart within the next 28 days (it's not we're due to fly out in May, I'm pretty sure it's still January) that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund - AT ALL! So essentially they've taken my money, they probably haven't booked anything yet they wouldn't give me anything back if I automatically cancelled and I can't get hold of anyone at all to cancel it on my behalf/get an explanation. Save yourself the trouble & avoid these guys like the plague, they truly are shocking. If anyone does happen to work at Loveholidays and sees this post, please give me a call ASAP as I'd like my money back.

The worst company to book a holiday .. I try to book a holiday last week with them and I get a email saying that the booking can’t be completed and next day I call them and say the price go up with £100 and I cancelled and last night I book again a holiday with them and having the same problem and I call them saying that the price go up with £40 but to don’t worry because I will not need to pay extra and when I get the confirmation they charge me the extra £40 and when I call them back say that happens because they send me a email before making the discount and I will get a new email , but was the same price and transfer me to someone else and he said that is the right price and when I said I want to cancel he put me on hold and said that he fix it now and don’t need to pay extra and was telling me the same price with £40 extra ...when I checked now the price for the same holiday is the same like yesterday, nothing go up ... And if you call customer service you need to wait a long time..Thank you for considering your customer a joke Loveholidays !

What a pathetic excuse of a ‘friendly and helpful’ company. Paid £2000+ for a holiday to NYC (took the money out straight away) only to receive an email 2 days later saying there was an issue. Called up and spoke to the most unhelpful, rude and patronising agent, who said there was a slight issue with the flights we had already paid for. Due to this they wanted to charge us another £1000!!! Or be charged an extra £250 for in direct flights (they actually expected us to fly from NYC to Chicago and then Chicago to London, 800 miles in the wrong direction!!) Called back to advise this is not good enough to which the agent just said ‘ok so you want to cancel then?’ - no I just wanted direct flights and the price agreed! Now have to wait 5 days for a refund!! Love holidays you really need to sort the attitude of your staff out.

We have had nothing but trouble with this company, please stay AWAY, this company is not easy to contact if you want to speak to anyone it is all done on line! This then allows them to not deal with issues you have, but to pass you from one to another without resolving anything!! We have a case opened with this company, however we again have been fobbed off by saying in resort team would help, we have heard nothing!!the only thing we received was a trust pilot link👹think this company need to pay more attention to detail with the hotels they use and also how they treat their customers, our hotel was awful, this was explained at soon as we arrived, on our last day now and still heard nothing!!! To say we are not happy is an understatement, please please STAY AWAY if you want a good holiday!

Be very careful booking with this company. My confirmation did not match the advertisement. We contacted love holidays within 2 hours of getting the confirmation after contacting the resort to verify the accommodations. They were unable to modify or cancel my reservation even though it was 4 days prior to stay. They are a 4th party and things become incredibly complicated. We spoke with hotel, expedia, love holidays, and finally our credit card company. We were only trying to make a simple change or cancellation. The hotel/credit card company has been very accommodating to try to resolve the issue, but love holidays has been a complete brick wall. We have been on hold for 3.5 hours over 2 days trying to reaolve this. It looks like they get decent reviews, but look harder and notice the reviews are terrible if there is any change to your plans. Make sure everything is set in stone before booking because you will not be able to make changes

Do not book with Liveholidays!! Terrible customer service!! I accidentally booked the same hotel twice (within 30 mins!!) as their website didn’t show me the confirmation screen in the first place. They refused to refund me the first booking. They are only after the money, the customer service lady wasn’t interested in resolving the issue at all. I begged and cried and still no refund!

This is the second time I book with them and again disappointing, I don't know why I give them a second chance after what happened lat time at the airport in Spain. This time at leaving on Holiday, I booked with them parking at Gatwick Airport, MEET AND GREET, premium, as my girlfriend had a surgery and because she could not walk almost at all, decided to get valet parking with the intention to walk less. We had to walk considerably more then basic from short stay parking at Gatwick. By the way, we had also the two kids with us. The booking love holidays made was with a different company and not the airport official parking. Dodgy underground parking at sofitel hotel. You need to drive in trough the deliveries on the hotel and the parking. There are no alleys or help, you need to actually walk on the only one way drive in road, between cars and dumpsters. There is more to walk from standard place of drop zone then this one. I was so annoyed and stressed and because we had to walk very slow, trough the winter blaze and rain, we almost lost the flight. Total joke ... we have been totally miss sold a "holiday" after hundreds of phone calls leaving a disabled person and 2 young infants on the beach without accomodation we had to check in and pay for a new hotel for the night. We still have no resolution we have now been left no other option than to book return flights home tonight. This was a birthday treat to my I'll father on his 60th... thanks for totally destroying our Christmas present and celebration total disgrace never book with these clowns!!! 1. Miss sold us a "hotel".... closed apartments with no amenities (closed for winter not on the website) 2. Pictures were not as per the rooms shown 3. Room doors have been broken into 4. Reception staff rude and chucked us out the reception 5. Description of area/ hotel did not match up to the place Love holidays have lied throughout without resolution ...

If zero stars is available I would give zero or less!!!! do not use this company for any hotel bookings! this is absolute scam I have booked my hotel in Buenos Aires with the price shown on their website and they came back to me that they cannot confirm my booking informing that Csutomer Service will contact me to advise next steps. They have without any prior contact cancelled my booking and refund me not offering any alternative solution. Customer service does not give any s*** about you despite any attepmts of contactin them they have been just ignoring all correspondence!!!
