Just do a chargeback with your bank its quick and easy i got all my money back within 30 minutes dont let love holidays get away with it they should be shut down.

DONT WHATEVER YOU DO BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH LOVE HOLIDAY.me and my partner cant self isolate for 14 days she is a nurse and I work in the university. we tried to change the holiday but you cant phone anyone or chat its all got to be done online they tell you you have to cancel the fight yourself and give them a number (even though it was a package deal that they sorted?) the flight company Ryanair was just as bad. anyway after days trying we finally contacted them they wouldn't change our holiday and have charged us £600 to cancel a £1000 holiday and we have to wait for the refund. ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL JOKE OF A COMPANY.

If i could give 0 stars I would. We have had two holidays cancelled due to covid, granted this is out of loveholidays control however I am waiting for 2 refunds on flights since March 2020. I was issued a voucher from loveholidays which I decided to use and book another holiday, unfortunately that holiday was cancelled also and Loveholidays issued me a voucher again with no option for a refund. I am unable to contact them by phone, messenger, online chat option has been removed. They do not respond to letters. There is NO WAY POSSIBLE apart from going and standing outside their headoffice of contacting them. They owe me 2 thousand euro. I decided to see if the voucher would work on another holiday knowing a refund was not possible (wishful thinking) the voucher doesn't work..... so now i have a useless voucher that doesn't work. No refund option. No way of contacting them. It took us a year to pay off that holiday. Its heartbreaking to be treated like this. I was very very patient at the start even reused their voucher without complaining of the no refund option. Now im at my wits end. I will never ever use a third part holiday company again.

I booked a holiday to Las Vegas at the beginning of 2020. After a couple of months of course Corona hit and well you can imagine the rest of that story. As soon as it became obvious that no holiday was going to happen I contacted love holidays to try and work with them to postpone my holiday until 2021. There was many, many messages exchanged but all boiled down to the same thing. No!!! They did agree to postpone to January 2021 but as everyone knows there is no way the travel industry are going to be up and running by them. Then I thought I had a breakthrough.....an agent said I could delay until April 2021. Ok I might be able to work with that. The catch was that I was to make a payment of £497 up front before they would even try to book flights. 'You are having a f**king laugh' was my reply. I told them I would now sit back and await for either a compulsary refund or for them to go bust. During this time they made it absolutely impossible to speak to an agent either through 'manage my booking' or by phone. And of course they also left the ABTA scheme so that they didn't have to adhere to the travel agents code of practice. The only thing they did right was eventually I did get my refund. But even when that was being processed they were threatening customers not to try and do chargebacks through their bank because if they did they would not get their refund. Bunch of absolute cowboys. I would never use this company again and would strongly advise anyone not to use them. The pandemic certainly did sort the wheat from the chaff for customer service

Awful, awful service. Booked to go to Amsterdam in January. I have since realised that covid19 will not be solved by then, I kindly asked them for a cancellation and refund. They refused to refund anything at all. I tried contact the hotel to see if I could atleast move the hotel booking dates to April time and then get some cheap flights couple weeks before departure. The hotel came back to me today and advised it was a third party love holidays had booked me with so the hotel themselves could not change the booking dates, and that I had to contact hotel beds. Hotel beds have 0 means of contact, no email, no phone number, can’t even DM them on Twitter. 100% would not recommend, I will NEVER be booking with loveholidays again. To top it all off, there is 0 reassurance from the company, no apologies, cannot contact them what so ever. I am in bits, lost over £600 for a holiday I will not be going on :( .

We had more than a fair few snags on our holiday & thought we would discuss like adults with the company once back. Firstly the room we booked with the hotel was supposed to be sea view which we paid more for but we ended up with a side sea view room. Also the staff were very rude up on arrival as well as lots of Russian people who did not care for any sort of social distance especially in 4 person LIFT! We also made sure we booked a direct flight which was perfect for us to come back & work from home on time. No they decide to not really give us an option apart from travel to Budapest and then go home which added a lot of unnecessary hours to our journey. When we got back home we had to wait over 8 weeks for a response just to say they will not do anything nor compensate the difference costs we endured which should of been done as a minimum. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Be AWARE! Loveholidays ceased their membership with ABTA from 16 September 2020 so you will no longer be protected if you book with them.

Will never use this company again, never in my life time have i had so much stress on trying to get a refund due to covid 19, LOVE HOLIDAYS should be investigated there an absolute fraud conning thousand's of customers out of refunds

Awful. Arrived. Went to the hotel we had booked and they didn’t have us booked in. Love Holidays has booked us into an awful 2 star hotel. I tried to call them and email them numerous times whilst away but they refused to help or apologise. I lodged a formal complaint when we got back and chased it up about 10 times but nobody ever responded. I cannot stress enough how much everyone should avoid this company. We got a holiday worth less than we paid, then had taxi fares on top and a huge phone bill. Don’t touch with a barge pole!!

Still receiving apology emails from loveholidays stating "my airline"still haven't refunded my flight money to them,six months after I was due to go on holiday, YET I have proof from ryanair that they refunded loveholidays over two months ago.Have initiated a section 75,disgraceful company,will NEVER use them again.

Booked a flight to Hawaii’s before the pandemic and obviously it was cancelled. Haven’t been able to get over $1,000 back from the airline because they have requested that loveholidays call them to initiate the process. Loveholidays refuses to do so citing “it’s not our policy to do so.” Have spoken to numerous individuals but they reside to call me or the airline. It’s been a complete disaster working with them. First and last time I’ll book with them.

Booked a package holiday for family with Loveholidays for July. Obviously cancelled due to covid. At 26th November we are still waiting for our refund from Loveholidays. Contact with customer services terrible as they continue to lie about our refund status.

My flights where cancelled in March 2020 Jet2 confirmed on 3 occasions now that they refunded the money to LoveHolidays 9 month later they still saying they had no refund and avoiding communication with me.

We booked a holiday for April 7th this year. Due to COVID it was cancelled. Thankfully we had the hotel refunded (after asking numerous times) after approximately two months. They still had our flight money (over £1K). Emails kept coming saying they were trying to get our money back but the airline wasn't refunding. Finally, yesterday, the money was back in our account. Customer service 0/10 - absolutely appalling. They do not deserve to operate! No-one should book a holiday with this travel company, what a joke!!

THIS WAS OUR HOONYMOON! This was our honeymoon! And Between Loveholiday and the hotel, we were totally done over. We paid for a junior Suite with double bed and walk in power shower and daily room service, we got there and the hotel we were supposed to be in was closed, put us on 1st floor tiny room with separate beds and an old bath! Had to stay the night, was then "upgraded" to a Suite which they said had double bed and sea view, what we paid for. It was an upgrade from the cheapest room they tried putting us in, but was still a massive downgrade to what we paid for and just had a double room with single beds again! Spent too many days trying to sort it with loveholiday and they were terrible. They have now taken ages to get back to us, and apparently blaming covid for DOWNGRADING! Didnt even know covid-19 could work a PC to be honest. The law says if you are DOWNGRADED in any hotel, you are due a refund and hotel should bend over backwards to help you. They were terrible at Castillo Antiquga and San Jorge hotel. OUR HONEYMOON WAS RUINED!!! Book at your own disappointment.wont even consider giving a partial refund! It's all covid fault. Lol.
