“Where do i start notified them my hotel was closed was asked to prove it sent them email from the hotel telling me. Told them I wanted a full refund as it was booked as a package holiday now fighting for my flight refund. Breaking all their own T&C. Now chargeback started. Never reply to emails chat facility a nightmare unless you have 4 or 5 hours to spare in the que. Never again I would of been quicker to walk/ swim to Spain”

“Awful company. Still waiting for holiday refund from April. Absolute joke!! Very hard to contact and if do u get conflicting info. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!”

“Still awaiting the remainder of my refund, from this April just passed. No responses to my emails or messages, posted on LH websitr, in the last 9 weeks. I will never ever use this company again; no respect for customers and a complete disregard for customers. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would.”

“They sell you a package holiday, as clearly stated on the ATOL certificate - yet the first sign of trouble and they refuse to accept their responsibility as per the 2018 Package Travel Regs, causing immeasurable stress. Horrendous company, can only hope they go bust so that we can at least get our refunds through ATOL.”

“Thought I had booked a package holiday. However, when it comes to our holiday being cancelled, the flights still go. So only refunded for the hotel and transfer. No refund for the flights. £1000 that the airline or Love Holidays are holding on to. Bloody thieves. Will not book with them again”

“LH booked me into a hotel that had been closed since last year. Communication was almost impossible to be told it was my fault for booking the hotel, it was a non refundable option and there’s nothing I could do. After going to my bank for a section 75 they finally got in touch 7 days before I was supposed to travel finally offering a refund. I now have to wait another 8 weeks for this. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but never again!!”

“No communication , told me less than 16 hours before my holiday that hotel was closed , offering me a change , I responded within 6 minutes asking for a date change , which was the 9th July and still haven’t heard from them , hence I did t get on the flight knowing I had no where to stay but Live holidays are saying I should have ! So won’t refund my money . Tried every way possible for weeks and weeks to speak to someone , even sent a signed for letter to CEO who has received it and signed for it but no decency to respond . Would NEVER EVER use this company again”

“They cancelled our package holiday a few days before due to fly but have refused to refund flights. Legally they owe us thousands of pounds but are refusing refund the full holiday cost. Please do NOT book with these criminals.”
