Lowes is the worst store to buy appliances or do business with. They do not value their customers. I bought a Samsung refrigerator on November 26 for over $2000. They delivered it 2 days later. After the delivery guys left, I noticed several huge black streaks running down the back of the metal cooling system. I returned to the local Lowes 48 hours later and showed the agent the picture of the defect. He gave me a number to call and I spoke to a lady named Heather Spencer who was rude and said there was nothing that could be done. She coerced me to accept a gift card for $25 which is still sitting in my email, although I told her on multiple occasions that $25 is not enough to buy cleaner for the refrigerator. The black streaks got worse, so I called Lowes again and spoke to Kadie, who told me they could not do an exchange since it's past 48 hours. Kadie failed to recognize that I returned to the store within 48 hours and asked for assistance. I then spoke with the supervisor, ?Sam, who was just an asshole and told me the same thing. PLEASE DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT LOWES. They're the worst when it comes to customer service. Now I am stuck with a messed up refrigerator that I bought with my hard-earned money; no credit! the picture does not do any justice because of the light. The streaks look way worse than it shows on the picture.

Two months ago I some to the Lowe’s in the brickyard store and purchased sone tile to have my bathroom remodeled, I went to self checkout and spent almost six hundred dollars in cash. I had 2 boxes of tile overage that I didn’t need! But couldn’t locate my receipt. I never returned anything to Lowe’s store but shopped there often. They told me I couldn’t get a in store credit, I was very upset about that. I asked for cooperate number! I called while in the store and they also said that I couldn’t return for credit without receipt. I felt so frustrated!!!! I will never shop at Lowe’s again in my life! Don’t shop at Lowe’s.

Still to good!"Operating efficiently, ethically and responsibly" is Lowes joke to it's customers. I started off with this because the experience of purchasing a washer from Lowes has me aware of the wrong direction you all Core Values are steadily taking. I purchased a Whirlpool 2 in 1 Washer based off the Dept's personnel who I had to wait over an hour on. I set out to get the Samsung, but because of the length of time I had to wait, I entrusted he knew what he was speaking of. The purchase of this washer went from 798 dollars to 900 dollars plus. This included the sale pitch of if I wanted them to deliver it and set it up, I had to purchase new accessories. I was never told that I had only 48 hours for a return, exchange, or refund. For if I was made aware, most definitely I would have washed something in attempting to try it out. When the machine washes, it is loud! I gave up a 5 star washer on it's last leg for a 1 star as far quality. You can hear every stage of it washing. Why is it the Appliance Rep don't know this? Or do they? For Lowes to take the stance of only 48 hr for appliance returns the business performance, quality, ethics, and sense of responbility (to include the employees and staff knowing their products and job description) has to at least be close to being dress right dress: and it's not. The entire situation makes me feel like Lowes and it's employees hustled me out of my hard earned 1000 dollars... which is why as a whole, Lowes should at least compromise. Customer Taken The Advantage Of PS Here is a screenshot of how Ramsey St Lowes treat customers on the phone. Ask to speak with a manager, she came to the phone 3 different times to return no more

Trying to call Matamoras, PA Lowes to ask a simple yes or no question. Rang and rang then disconnected twice. Tried to call the Customer Service line. 30 minute estimated wait time. No option to leave my number for a call back. I hung up. Don't know why I continue to even try to deal with this store. I bought an OTR microwave AT THE STORE. Brought it home after they loaded it into my car. Had someone unload it and install it while I was at work. Looked at the finished job, and they had given me a stainless steel instead of black. After I had told the sales lady black and she had checked her inventory for black for each one I asked about. So I called and after 3 people finally spoke with the manager who was supposed to help. She blamed it on me because I didn't look at the microwave when it was taken out of the box. So far I have had good experience with the associates but their management philosophy seems to have changed within the past 3 or 4 years at this particular store, and not for the better.

Lowes Aiken SC customer service and Third Party delivery service is the worst I have ever experienced. They take forever to answer your phone call, the transfer you several time to other departments that are supposed to help resolve the issue...that claim they can't help. The delivery service Spirit Logistics is the worst, canceling delivery service with an unprofessional text message. I will never purchase anything else from Lowes....This is the third bad experience I've had with this company in the last two months.

The manager Joe at the Lowe's store in North Smithfield went above and beyond to resolve my issue. There was a dispute about a payment made. The assistant manager was no help or the head cashier. Both gave me the run around. They should of called Joe over right away instead of me asking for him. Never will pay with cash making a payment again.

Can’t get any associates in store to assist. Went in several times during the last 2 months always told some one would assist me shortly and waited for up to 30 min to no avail. After several visits like this I decided to church out Home Depot Angela got great results. Was unable to get someone on phone told to wait 45 mins. Home Depot has a much better appreciation of their customers and I’ll never go to Lowe’s again and this is after purchasing triple width blinds custom made and getting a bedroom carpet in the last 3 months. I would advise if in the Vineland /Millville area do not wast your time. Go to Home Depot

Lowes touts 10% off for veterans. BS. I went to buy paslode nail gun. Paslode corp reduced price to $329.00. At checkout, I was denied the 10% because they said it was on sale. Not on sale, it was price reduction from Paslode. I went to home Depot, same price, and got the 10% off for veterans. Now, I bought $2,454.00 in lumber from home Depot instead of Lowe's, plus going to buy zero turn mower at about $3700.00 next spring. Lowes refusal to save me $33.00 has cost them $6,154.00 in sales. If this is how LOWES treats veterans, this how a veteran treats you!

I ordered a Bali Blind for our picture window through Lowes in North Wilkesboro, NC. The blind was over $650.00. The delivery day came and went with no blind. Went to the store the next day and asked where my blind was. I was told, after some long discussion that Bali had cancelled the order but they did not know why. I called Bali direct that day and was told that they had a question about one measurement and had tried to contact Lowes on several occasions but no one ever called them back, so they cancelled the order. Lowes refunded my money and said they would reorder. However, the poor communications and customer service within the Lowes local store makes that and undesirable option for me. Currently hunting for a vendor I can trust.

This is the third time I've used Lowes installation services. Therefore I'm an idiot. All 3 of these projects (a door, dishwasher and an OTR microwave) have been a nightmare. The most recent mess occurred during installation of the OTR microwave that I purchased from Lowes. The installers (a clown show called CRST) broke my cooktop while installing the microwave. Then they left without saying anything about it. I discovered the broken cooktop after the installers had left. That was 8 weeks ago. I still don't a cooktop and am being given a royal run around. DON'T BUY FROM LOWES

delivered the wrong and broken washer 11/7/23 , I rejected. Called two times reached saugst Lowes , said I need to call back Lowe’s to straighten it up for their mistake. Very bad customer service could not handle such a basic matters. Kept me waiting on hold for so long , sounds so busy , what they are busy for when unable to make a very good sales for them completed? Why America business acted this way ??why they have such communication problems between themselves and between the consumer so difficult, when in fact electronic service so handy today ? It should be just a test , takes a second to clear it out , but insists bother everybody to get on line ? Many times takes more time , longer times , and full mistakes asking you to sign in here and there , very confusing and complicated? Sell this and sell that , but all the sales only ends up being cancelled all because of all kinds of mistakes anger the consumer not to ie unable to complete a basic sales .All those internet co only try to get as many sign up , as many subscribers, but ignore the real reason of the bottom line for the business to be able to make sales as easy as possible as quickly as possible and as more efficient as possible for the business. This is not just the 1st time I have issues with Lowe’s customer service at Dadham MA . I’m no 2016 , I brought my Geo spring need repair or replacement because it’s broken , no one service me . I have to pay the guy by hours . I end up left there my tank , which supposed to under 10 year warrenty I bought from this Lowe’s in Dadham . That is about $1000 credit . I waited over an hour , plus paying the guy moving fee of $150’, pl My times, my gas I used to travel 10 miles there I no hand never hear back from any body regarding about this Geo Spring water heater. They can easily found out me because I bought it from this Lowe’s. . By the way this Geo spring is a terrible product . I bought 6 of them , 5 being replaced in less than 6 years I was on hold for connecting to the customer service of Lowe’s’ before this complaint typed out , my call just being disconnected after on hold for such long time . 10:17:am 11/7/23

Lowes in Osage beach - 5 ⭐️ customer service for an employee named Janell. The store seemed a bit short staffed, my daughter & I were shopping with her 2 sons ( my grandsons ) . Janell had an entire department full of customers waiting for her assistance & greeted & interacted with every single customer all while making up feel like the only customer she had. It’s been a very long time since I have experienced that kind of.customer service. This woman deserves the best her job has to offer . After my experience there today I will most definitely go back & buy my next appliance in a few weeks! Thank you Janell for PERFECT customer service. Above & beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an installation of a expensive gate, put in with a solar powered gate opener made by ghost the installer had no experience with this particular gate opener so the wrong size battery, and solar panel were installed. I added a multiconnect so I could open and close the gate by app on my phone, which was just a plug and play into the ether port the app showed it. The battery wasn’t charging so I called the Ghost company support and they said that that a larger deep cycle marine 12 V battery need to be installed not the small battery that was installed by Lowes and probably a larger solar panel. I waited for 3 1/2 weeks for the installer to come put in a new battery and every time I contacted Davis construction company. He said he had it in his pick up truck and would stop by and put it on so I got tired of waiting and connected the battery myself which is like installing a car battery and because of this Lowes said my warranty was non-void . So I’m now having to pay another company come out and install the solar power and battery to the gate opener properly. and what really irritates me the construction company owned by Richard Davis tried to extort me in getting medical products so he could inject himself because at one point he used to own some medical spas which I refuse to do and told him that I could inject products for him and give him $100 discount you would think if Lowes had looked at my history that I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them all the past few years not counting the $10,000 for this gate that they would fix the problem. This is OK I will never buy another thing from Lowe’s.

I bought a Frigidaire fridge from the Lowe's store in Clinton, Utah, on 10/13/23. It was delivered on 10/17, but the doors don't close. So I called Lowe's and they sent two guys here to fix it. They said that this fridge is damaged and somebody will call me about replacing it. Nobody called for a few days, so I called Lowe's. Two guys came to take the Frigidaire fridge away. I asked when I'll get my new fridge. I was told somebody will call me. Again, nobody called for a few days, so I went to the Lowe's store. A lady told me that I have to wait for a few weeks to get a new one because they don't have any in the warehouse. I told her I had no fridge at home and my food is getting bad. She said I could get another brand and they'll deliver it next day. So I choose a GE fridge. Next day, the nice lady called me a few times asking me where is the Frigidaire fridge. She thinks it's still at my home since she can't find it in the warehouse. I told her the time it was picked up from my home. On 10/26/23, she called me and said that, after a lot of work, she solved the mystery of where is the Frigidaire fridge -- it was delivered to a nearby Lowe's in Riverdale, Utah. As a result, I'll have to make a return and buy my new GE bridge. The GE bridge, however cost $50 more. I said okay and paid for the new fridge. It was delivered on 10/28 and I'm happy with it. I thought, although my food like milk went bad, I'm done with my bad experience of buying the fridge from Lowe's. However, on 10/31/23, I found that they didn't refund me the money for the Frigidaire fridge. So I went to the local Lowe's store again. They said they'll refund my money after they bring back the Frigidaire fridge from the Riverdale Lowe's. They said they'll do it tomorrow. On 11/1/23, a lady called and said they were not able to get the Frigidaire fridge from Riverdale that day and I'll have to wait for another day to get my refund. On 11/2/23, the same lady called and said the same thing and I have to wait for another day for my refund. Nobody called yesterday (11/3/23) and I thought maybe they already refund the money to my Lowe's credit card. So I logged in last night and found no refund. Now it's early morning on 11/4/23 and I can't sleep and decided to get up and write a review. I have to say that the people are nice but they just can't refund my money.

Talk about customer service! Greatest ever. I bought a ceiling fan ten years ago. While changing the bulb, I broke the globe. Now, where do you go to get a 10-year-old fan globe? I saw an 800 number on the top of the fan. Called it. Not only did they have a record of the sale, but they are contacting the manufacturer to get the replacement price and shipping information.

I am so done with Lowes and unless something changes I’ll never shop at Lowe’s again!! On September 19 I went into the Lowe’s on boulder highway in Henderson Nevada, store number 1537, I ordered carpet with Monique and was told it would take 7 to 10 days for delivery. Well, the carpet finally arrived on October 16, almost a month after my order and it was the wrong carpet. I called Monique and informed her and she began her phone calls to find out what happened. On the 18th I called Lowe’s and spoke with a lady as Monique wasn’t in and all she could do was blame my sales person. As I explained to her once the wrong carpet showed up, it was no longer my sales persons problem but Lowes problem. I asked her to talk the manager and of course he wasn’t in. I asked her to have him call me that day, she never gave him the message!! A week later I spoke with Monique and the manager called me that day. All the calls I made to Lowe’s to Lowe’s installation all were blaming my sales person. My sales person made the order Lowe’s messed up the order and sent the wrong carpet. Here I am on October 31 still with no carpet and supposedly it will come in on November 3, this is a heck of a lot longer than 7 to 10 days for the carpet to be delivered!! My house has been torn apart since the 16th as I was ready for carpet to be installed. I paid good money for this carpet and I have waited way longer than I was supposed to , so far the only person that has reached out to me to take care of this problem has been Monique, my sales lady.

I went to purchase paint for a fence in South Burlington, VT. The person who waited on me was useless. The shelves were full, but he said there weren’t any choices and that was because Biden was elected president. His argument didn’t make any sense esp. since the shelves were full. I was offended that he was blaming the president for something he had no responsibility for. I decided to go to Home Depot instead. Then I went to the lighting section, and the person there was also clueless. I will shop elsewhere in the future based on this experience.

I bought a dryer. On delivery on 7/27/23, the delivery guys hooked up the dryer, but in the process took the drain hose from the washing machine out of the drain and it was laying on floor of washroom without our knowledge. We did a load of laundry and when the washing machine drained out the water, it went on the floor of washroom behind washing machine and seeped under wall and thru floor down into ceiling of living room. Water was pouring out. Damage to ceiling was extensive with sagging sheet rock and water stains. We cleaned up water on Love seat and wood floor. I went by Lowes that afternoon. Customer service desk called a store manager on radio...they said the delivery service was used and I would have to call # on my receipt, they were busy and not the stores problem. I then called Lowes from # on receipt and went thru everything that happened. They said someone would call me. I waited a couple days, no one called. I called back. Explained all over again, was told claims would call me. No one called. Finally around 2 weeks later someone called and told me where to email pictures of damage with explanation of incident. I sent the email on 8/8/23. I didn't hear anything back, so called on 8/15. Was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called again, left message. Finally on 8/31, over a month after the incident, I got an email from Spirit Logistics, the delivery company Lowe's uses. The email requested that I resubmit the claim. IT has NOW been 2 months that I have been dealing with Spirit Logistics, 3 months since delivery, and I have gotten no where to this date. No updates after continuous emails and msgs left to delivery company. Lowes is no help. I will NOT be buying from LOWES again. This has been the worst experience I have had in purchasing things. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service when it comes to damage claims from LOWES and delivery company. Go Somewhere else to spend your money!!! Order#472180728
