Worst customer service ever received my item damaged and it’s taking forever to get it fixed would never use Lowe’s again only Home Depot and would tell everyone to do the same. If I could give zero stars I would.

bought a washer and dryer delivered and hooked up well tried to hook up the dryer and wired it wrong electrician said he couldn't explain why the house didn't burn to the ground but be thankful so after almost 1300.00 later and now going on a month of trying to get the right person on the phone they say there reimbursing me for money spent to fix their mistakes there say look for a check in the mail with in the next 5 to 7 weeks wow bet they wouldn't wait 5 to 7 weeks for you to pay them just saying and now found out if your LG dryer is not vented with metal stove pip and you have a problem with in the 1st year and LG comes out they will void your warranty lowes does not let you no this but if you look on home depot website they have a very nice video an how to do it correctly but don't look on lowes website because there is nothing there that even says that is the way LG wants them hooked up long story short do not buy appliances from lowes

If ordering anything via delivery; try Menards. Lowes is horrible and accepts no accountability. Madd a order the 8th for the 11th. Even scheduled the delivery via the phone to verify. 11th arrived and now show, no call, nothing. So I check email only to see they rescheduled it for the 25th. No call of notification or anything. So I call the ask them wtf. Then they said they have it scheduled for the 21st. Christ on a crutch. They try to blame miscommunication. I say BS there was no miscommunication I now have 3 emails with 3 different delivery dates and a huge ass hole in the side of my house waiting for material to add the balcony. I can only i.agine the water damage that will occur and I will have to deal with due to thier inability to run their simple logistics. No one is stupid enough to open up a house 3 weeks before delivery date. But opening it up a day or 2 prior is normal. Like I said I would recommend Menards. At least they contact u via phone email and text when they change schedule. But as a home owner, I would NOT trust Lowes to thier ass to the toilet. Florence KY location.

I’m very disappointed in this company . This is the second time I placed an order for appliances and an issue occurs. This time a day before the delivery of my fridge the order was cancelled. Now what’s upsetting is I made arrangements for this fridge and my order was not fulfilled even though delivery was confirmed a few days before. I believe because I caught the fridge half off they didn’t want to honor it. No one even tried to rectify the issue. I will never ever order anything else from Lowe’s .

Congratulations Lowes! I never write reviews, but this level of corporate stupidity and lack customer care requires a review. I came in to return 3 tubes of OSI, a common caulk product, because I accidentally bought the wrong color. I told the customer service girl (I say girl because she couldn't have been over 18) that I could just take a credit because I was going to literally exchange these tubes for white. First she told me that "we don't do that anymore". Why? "I don't know, just a policy change, I guess." Okay, what are my other options? I don't have the receipt and my card that I use for home reno purposes was recently stolen and subsequently replaced, so when we tried to bring up my purchases with the card number, it didn't come up. So she tells me that they can't take it back. Add to that, the fact that the require me to scan my husband's military ID if I want to buy anything using his military discount. So, all the way around, Lowes has figured out how to 1) alienate good customers with poor customer policymaking, and 2) hand business to thier bigger competitor, Home Depot. I never thought I'd be singing Hone Depots praises, but by contrast, they are much more sensible with thier customer policies and service. Bye bye, Lowes. Thanks for nothing.

I bought a $200 tool that boasted a 5 year warranty. I used it exactly 5 times. Lowes refused to help because I didn’t buy the extended warranty at the time of purchase. I just wanted to exchange it for a tool that worked. I had a valid receipt and the tool was in the original box. Lowes is the sole local vendor for Kobalt tools. Eff Lowes. Eff Kobalt. They are LIARS

2024-05-08 These comments are about our experience purchasing paint products from Lowes. We learned this past weekend that the purchaser of any brand of paint product in a can has two deadlines. The first deadline is that the paint is not returnable for any reason after 30 days. Additionally, if you want to change the tint of the paint that you purchased, you can only get the tint changed within the first 30 days after you purchased the paint product. After 30 days, Lowes paint department will not add any additional tint to the product you purchased. Lowes paint staff told my wife that the only thing they could do regarding tint was to sell her a new quart or gallon of the same paint that she had purchased and tint it to satisfy her. She was also told that perhaps she could add that new paint to her existing gallon of paint that was purchased within the past 6 or 7 weeks to find out if she liked the new tint. When I got home I called the local Home Depot paint department and when I told them my experience at Lowes the gentleman there commented that that practice was outrageous and that we should go back to Lowes and speak with the store manager. The paint department representative at Home Depot added that as long as they are changing the tint of a Home Depot purchased paint product they don't care how old the paint is... he added it could be years old. This morning my wife returned to Lowes and attempted to speak with a manager. She learned that their policy stands. Because the quart of paint that we just purchased this past weekend was not yet 30 days old she returned it to Lowes for a full refund. If you want to purchase paint from Lowes for a project you are working on remember that you are working under a 30 day time frame limit. If you don't want to deal with the Lowes policy, consider going to Home Depot or one of your local paint stores. Thank you.

Lowes has the worst customer service than any other company I have worked with. Do not purchase Pella windows from them, the company is very unorganized and will not follow up with issues unless you make it your problem, even if you call them several times. When my new windows were installed the 3rd party company did a good job installing them. They noted that one of the windows was cracked and another one was short part of the locking system.. guess what this became my problem. No one from the installer or Lowes followed up ordering the replacements or missing parts. I have been in contact with Lowes several times and I feel like I am getting the run around. Just got off the phone with Lowes again and they are telling me the locking system will be coming the first part of June. Over a month after the windows have been installed. Also no date was offered for the replacement for the crack window. So beware Lowes is the most unorganized company to work with and seems that they really don't care when it comes to customer service

I'm always shocked when I run into customer service people in a retail store who would clearly make the Olympics for rudest person ever and Lowes has so many of them. I've notice this trend over the last months or so and I have pretty much stopped shopping. My husband still liked to go until tonight when we were trying to get a piece of wood cut. We rang the button the saw a number of times - nobody shows up - no surprise to me. My husband finally goes over to another employee and asks them to call the right person. Finally after 20 minutes, someone shows up and I tell him his button seems to be out of order and he says (no kidding), "While I'm here, ain't I?" And then of course, he can't cut a piece of wood - policy - only plywood can be cut. Is there such a notice clearly displayed on the machine - oh heck no. We went to check out and the manager is too busy to see us - still not a surprise to me. My husband finally admits he can never come back to Lowes. Who wants to pay to be treated like this? We don't. Go to Home Depot.

Lowes isn't what it used to be. Hard to find help in store and most employees have zero idea how to help. Lowes credit card "services" give little to no info or in my case WRONG info to help manage statements. In the last 2.5 years I've shopped with 4 Lowes stores, 2 in western NC and 2 in piedmont NC. I've had awful experiences at all of them. Damaged equipment, rude customer service, not refunding returns to account. I would rather go out of my way than to ever shop with Lowes again.

Dora working the register at the Goldsboro lowes has been rude both times we have come to this store. My husband told her where the barcode to the wood was since she couldn’t find it. She said “Do you mind if I ring this up? Can I ring this up? You don’t mind do you?” Very rudely and gave up the most hatefullest look. I love this store but this employ need a talking to better training with customers.

Ordered a pallet of mulch from the Easton, Maryland store on April 23rd. Delivery was scheduled for May 1st. Received text confirmation message with a 8am- 1pm delivery window on April 30th at 530pm. Delivery never arrived, nor was I notified. Went online and saw that the delivery had been changed by Lowes to May 4th. Subsequently I called the Easton store and after an hour of being put on hold, transfered between departments and managers, hung up on, I was told by two different individuals that there wasn't anything they could do and was told the order was transfered to the Seaford, DE store. It's horrible customer service and all i received were excuses! When I asked why I had received a confirmation text for a May 1st delivery all I heard was, we don't know. Isn't it their job to know? This is PRO account through which I spent thousands of dollars each here. No one at Lowes thinks it's important enough to provide accurate information to their loyal customers? How ludicrous is that? I was transfered to the PRO desk and got a ridiculous, curt answer which basically said, live with it...time to start looking for a alternative supplier...Lowes just doesn't care.

I ordered a $3000 café range. I spoke at length with the sales rep regarding the stove being capable of conversion to propane. I was assured that the parts for the conversion were included with the stove, and I needed to buy new piping to connect the stove. The stove was supposed to be delivered today. The first issue is the customer delivery couldn’t find my address. Was in text communication with the delivery service and then they just dropped off and eventually sent me a message saying they couldn’t make the delivery. After a lengthy conversation with Lowes customer customer service I come to find out that they could not do the at all. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I will not buy any additional appliances, etc., from Lowe’s.

Bought a $250 canopy on line from Lowes. Could not take m y veterans discount. Talked to customer service at store. Said to continue on line and then come to the store for adjustment. Was told there we could not have the discount because it was seasonal. Yet, it was ok on gardening supplies. WAY TO TREAT VETERANS!!!

I had a laminate floor installed in my kitchen a few years ago. The initial install went well, but within days, one of the seams on a transition strip started to pop up, and the uneven area made me trip and almost fall (I'm a senior), as it is in the center of my kitchen. Lowe's sent out a subcontractor to fix the problem area. I believe in all, it was "repaired" twice, by two different workers. Now, here I am experiencing the same exact issue, several years later (it was never fixed properly). To make matters worse, when I was sweeping a few weeks ago, a SECOND transition strip in a different area detached completely, and is now leaning against the wall! I am not sure I would purchase another laminate floor from Lowe's as they seem unable to get this done right!

I ordered online items then go to in-store pick up at Grandville, Lowe's. But When I went to pick up the second packages of the first packages, I noticed on the second package was torn, the return shipping address was cut out a big square hole and I clearly can see my item. This was a big, horrible experience I have ever went through in my entire life for what Lowe's did. The first package, the guy asked for the phone number then I said my phone number and then he kept Repeating asking for my phone number again over and over and this was also a horrible experience. I will not be using the Online In-Store Pick-Up not ever again and they lose me as a customer. I have no Respect for those two guys.

Lowes's has gone down hill fast. Poor quality customer service, poor associate service, extremely poor delivery service and it would seem to me they could care less. In my opinion the quality of Lowe's products has cheepened but now cost more and I believe Covid 19 has beat Lowe's to a pulp with no recovery insight. IMO Lowe's has earned a third world status with poor service and poor products. I'm a vet and shopped at lowe's for decades, but! no more! I'm done with Lowe's.

Delivery they are a joke. I’m a disabled female and a mobile wheelchair. I left clearly directions for them to know which door was mine because there’s four units and everybody has different color screen doors. I didn’t get no phone call telling me that my package was out for delivery didn’t get a knock on my door. They left my package out in the open and someone took it Management was nasty Very rude I ordered my package at either one 2 AM in the morning. It said it would be delivered by 2 PM that day, but apparently they delivered Early out in the open but once again I didn’t even get what I paid for my customer service they sucked the manager like I said it was highly disrespectful. Trying to talk over me but when someone give you directions, what unit to go to is following directions I never opted out for text messages, but the manager it was a man. I don’t even recall his name, but he was very rude and arrogant, but once again that was my first time shopping with them and I’ll never shop with them again , but I’m still gonna report them to the BBB I don’t even know who was the driver that delivered I don’t know if it was Company or if it was FedEx I don’t know. I just know that somebody came and put it out in the open walked by on my street all the time Rio Avenue that’s a very busy street that people be walking on all carriers anybody else that I order from? They always knock on the door because clearly you can see is a ramp in the picture. I’m disabled in the chair so they have to knock on the door so they can give me my stuff, but this was a learning lesson just beware

Purchased a refrigerator that I foolishly listened to appliance mangers advice. It was delivered damaged they claim unable to get another one to me for three days so again I foolishly took possession with discount. Little did I know that by accepting the discount made me unable to return the refrigerator no matter how much unknown damage existed with the operation of the appliance. I advise don’t do business with anyone that won’t stand behind the products. I doubt anyone would know to ask how noisy or if there is other damage once plugged in will you take it back, that should be a given.
