“I initially ordered this item that was backordered because the website stated the item would be back in stock in 3-5 days. Although it took almost 3 months to receive the item, I was glad to receive several emails updating nme of the changes/progress along the way. It arrived quickly and well protected once it was shipped.”

“Lucky Vitamin has had some items that I have been waiting some time to find. When in stock, they ship right away and the pricing is always fair if not better. For the few times that LV cannot stock a very high-demand item, they make up for it and the customer service is exceptional.”

“I often hesitate to order products online that have liquid in them because they are so easily broken during transit. COVID-19 has forced me to have to order some liquids online. Twice now, I am shocked at how well LuckyVitamin packs there products that contain liquid. Neither of the 2 orders has had anything broken nor leaking.”

“Luckyvitamin.com had the best price for the items I wanted. The item took a little extra time to ship however probably because of the covid-19. Packaging was very good. Glass jars were bubble wrapped and the bubble wrapped again in the box. Tracking was good. I probably won't need this item for a little while since I bought so much. But when I do, Luckyvitamin.com will be the first place I go to.”

“It started off a little rocky because of Fed Ex they have delivery problems. They delivered to the wrong address. I didn't receive it for a couple of days after my neighbor found it on their doorstep. One of the 2 bags I ordered had a whole in the bag. The other one was fine. I tried to send an email to your company, but your email was apparently full because it kept sending an delivery status failed back to me. I also tried calling but couldn't get through. Finally was able to get through, on your online chat on your website and get a refund for the bag with hole. Thank you for rectifying the problem. We will be using you again. Have a great day! :)”

“I found the product I wanted (Citrus Magic) and ordered $60+ of it. Later I discovered I had somehow become involved in a “free trial” of something (I still don’t know of what) that would began costing me monthly fees after a short period. It could not locate how to cancel, and finally emailed your support. I felt your company took advantage of my contact. I will not order from you again and will add you to my junk mail list.”

“It took 6-7 weeks to ship a few paper products. Entirely to long of a time frame. Paying shipping for this was comical...shipping should of been free.”
