“GlamNatural By Garden Art Cosmetics Hydrating Foundation is my favorite yet foundation specially for my older skin. It covers well. I went a shade darker, Beige 2 for my Olive Complexion. It will be best in Summer when my skin goes a little darker. Beige 1 is best for me in the winter. Since using it, I have gotten compliments on my skin. I like that there are not a lot of ingredients. Keeping it simple and healthier. I never heard of this makeup, until I found your company and started buying at a better price.”

“Simple: I was charged for an order I did not place just because the first time I placed an order with this company if you don't want future automatic orders and charges to your credit card you have to opt out. This is absurd policy and I will shout it from the rooftops about this experience. You should be given the option of opting in for auto reorders and not the other way around. I am severely angry about this.”

“This is a 100% real opinion based on my buying experience on this shop. TL/DR: My review in 3 words: buy somewhere else. The story: I made an order on their shop 45 days ago. Never arrived. The tracking code still says it is in somewhere in the delivery chain. What was the answer from their customer support? They basically told me that it was my problem because I chose the default shipping option (11€) and not a more expensive shipping option (What?). You do provide a default shipping option that is basically a lottery? Amazing… Now, I want to make clear that: 1) I ordered from Spain. They DO claim to ship here on their website. 2) I haven’t received any notification from our customs. I would (in 3-4 days) if the order had got stuck in Spanish Customs. So it IS NOT in the customs. 3) They haven’t even reached the courier to ask for my order. 4) The last email I sent to this shop was sent more than 10 days ago. Never got a response. 5) In the previous emails I sent, it took forever for them to even answer. Absolutely poor experience but, the worst part was not losing the time and money, but their totally unprofessional response and their total lack of respect for EU regulations in terms of customers rights. It may be different if you buy from within the US. I don’t know. But if you are buying from abroad, find somewhere else. This is one of most uninspiring buying experiences in more that 15 years buying regularly online. They make the Chinese quality standards seem top notch. If anyone want further information about this, you can contact me at any time. I will be happy to provide the emails received from them where you can check the dates I am talking about.”

“I like ordering from luckyVitamin.com because you have a lot of choices and brands to choose from. I like that the delivery person always leave my package in front of my door instead of the building lobby. I seen a lot of delivery services that left many packages in the lobby of my building and I live in an elevator building. Your prices are reasonable and some are low when it is on sale. I like that your minimum purchase for free delivery service is $50 and not higher, although some other websites offer $35 minimum purchase but I can live with the $50 minimum. Your website has specific search filters for results so it is good because you have so many products and brands that sometimes it gives me a headache and take up so much time to find new products that I would to like to try. The search filters help a lot to minimize search results. Best of all, I like that you carry a variety of organic and natural products because I am a organic and natural product fanatic and enthusiast. Overall, it has been great so far and I ordered very frequently from your website for many years.”
