“Despite a rather long delay in shipping during the covid-19 lockdown, the product (chocolate) arrived in good condition and well packaged. You were very good about communicating the status of the order so there were no surprises, and the price on this product was great. Only reason 4 rather than 5 stars was the 2 weeks it took to get the product, but understandable under the circumstances.”

“It took 3 weeks to receive my order. My account was debited and the order was not shipped. It wasn’t until I requested a refund that someone decided to actually place my order for shipping. I don’t think I will use your company again”

“It was the first time I bought from your company. I purchased hair color dye and shampoo. It was natural, no smell and conditioning. It was affordable, a lot of products , and with all the craziness going on, it came rather quickly. Love the emails and look forward to ordering more items in the future. “Received my products just as ordered. Satisfied with the quality. I thought shipping and handling was slow, but in light of the present circumstances with the COVID-19 pandemic I know there is a large demand on vitamin distributors and backlog. Overall OK.”

“The price for the vitamins was awesome, it did take some time to receive our order, however that is understandable with the current pandemic, but the communication was great. There were some major issues once we received our vitamins, the top was leaking out of both bottles and there was bubbles coming out of one of the bottles.”

“Love the prices and selection. The only drawbacks for me are the minimum purchase level required for free shipping and the fact that I'm in CA and it always takes at least a week to get the package. (even pre-Covid)”

“I was grateful to be able to find the products I was looking for and at a good, fair price. Considering the times we are living in right now, I completely understood the longer period of time it took to deliver the items. The company did contact me to let me know that the items would take a little longer in getting to me because of the large volume of orders. They again contacted me to let me know when the items were being shipped. Two of the three bottles of liquid soap that I ordered had broken caps with a little bit of leakage. Perhaps the company would consider wrapping these more delicate items in bubble wrap or some other material to help cushion the items during the shipping process. Thank you for an overall positive experience.”
