“Quality and prices are always great! Delivery is usually very quick. However my last order took a couple of months to complete, when I requested that they compensate me with a free extra bottle of Moringa. I was told it could not be done . I was a little surprised and disappointed. I will probably still order from Lucky Vitamin, but only if I can't get it elsewhere.”

“I placed my order on June 24th: 12 deodorants. After placing the order, I asked them not to mention the word "Lucky Vitamin" on the package because Customs in Italy would hold the package thinking it's some pills or something else you cannot get in Europe and is forbidden. They told me they couldn't because as good Americans, they always know better than others. Sure enough, the package got hold at customs on July 2nd and I haven't received anything yet. We are August 15th now!!! They don't want to deal with customs and tell me I should call them, which of course is impossible! Communication with Alisha the "Happy Wellness Ambassador" is like spitting in the wind. I sent many emails and she doesn't help at all! They don't want to send me the money back because they want the package back, which I don't have. It's a real nightmare!!!! Don't ever buy anything with them if you don't live in the USA! Trust me, you will regret it!!!”

“I've been searching for a handwash product that doesn't irritate my eczema prone skin and is moisturizing enough that is doesn't eventually break down my skin barrier and trigger eczema through that route. I've found 2 hand washes in last 20 years that meet that criteria. Unfortunately, one of those products has been reformulated and the other discontinued. I've tried every handwash product that sounds promising, with no luck. I purchased this Attitude body wash product thinking it might be similarly gentle as the unscented Attitude foam handwash which no longer seems to be available (at least in the U.S.). I haven't thoroughly tested this bath gel out as a hand wash yet. Sometimes products seem okay for a week or so, them I realize that my hands are gradually getting dry and irritated. However, I do see promise. It is unscented. It seems occlusive, so that moisture will stay with your skin after washing. Like the Attitude foam handwash I have used, it is accepted by the National Eczema Association. If it doesn't work out as a handwash I will likely be able to use it as a body wash, as the rest if my body is more forgiving of skin products than my hands.”

“Shipping speed was decent, took about a week so longer than Amazon but I'm pretty spoiled with prime two day shipping haha. One item was backordered and then I got an email saying it couldn't be delivered so they cancelled it. I talked to a representative about it, easy to get a hold of someone. No biggie, they said I could get free shipping on it if I called them once it was back in stock again. I've ordered from them maybe five times and no issues, a legit company that sometimes has better prices than others. Shop around :) Will order from them again.”
