“I don’t understand. I just got this light and it’s already flickering. Lumadent light products have been fluctuating in quality in the last few years. Their products and service have been declining in my experiences.”

“The light is great, the customer service is superb, but the fact that the O-ring breaks off inside the light is frustrating. This is the second time I've replaced the cable, the first time I wasn't even made aware that I needed to fish the old O-ring out. The cable went in but recently started shorting out, I couldn't get the new cable to plug into the light. Customer service knew right away that it was the O-ring and referred me to directions about how to remove it. It was a frustrating, time consuming process.”

“Shipping time is the worst despite I paid more than any other American company I used to pay $15 with other company to get it in 2 days with lumadent I paid $40 Shipping for 15 days so far”

“GREAT PRODUCTS AT A GREAT PRICE!!! The only reason I am not leaving a 5 star review is the process once you order. From the time of an online order, it took over a week for the product to ship. I am unclear why it takes so long to box the product and place a shipping label on it and toss it in the mail. Everything else is great, great products, great customer service....just not so great shipping.”

“I was having issue with my faceshield I recently bought. I emailed them and I got a response right away and gave me a replacement. The replacement has no issues and works perfectly. I like the faceshield because it is lightweight and adjustable to fit my head. Highly recommended.”

“Great service, and warranty with my loupes Josie J was very helpful and addressed the repairs to my loupes, I was quite surprised to see they replace the frames and added new nose piece as well as the new screw driver. I’ve had my loupes for over 5 years now and will continue to deal with Luma Dent in the future.”

“I haven’t received my loupes yet, so I will mark this as a one star because there is no other option. but I will happily update you when I do receive my Ergoprism loupes. I’ve been wearing Zeiss 4.0 loupes since 1999. I’ve tried other but always returned to these loupes for their clarity. I’m hoping I found a great replacement. As of now, two weeks after my order, I received the frames used only for establish working distance. Those are sent back and then the loupes are made to fit. I’ll let you know how long it took from the order date to actually receiving them as well as the quality of my loupes.”

“I love my new light! It’s bright and very easy to control the intensity. The only problem I have encountered is on the first day I used it my shield fell off somewhere in the clinic at the dental college and I lost it! Is it possible to get another one? Is there an additional charge?”
