“I’m really disappointed, you clam in the website that the light is 60000 lux and i compared it with my colleague light he is using univet eos hd (univet mentioned in there website eos hd is 45000 lux). My lumadent light with full power weaker than his eos hd in half power in all distances. It was really shack for me because it never happened before that American product mentioned fake information in there official website . As well as you mentioned the battery life 40hrs and univet mentioned eos hd battery life time 8hrs but the Reality i end up running out of battery after my one week of using it in duty time while my colleagues that they own univet they only recharge there battery once each 14 days. The light received in box of carton as the YouTube reviewers clam that it came with special box. Totally disappointed and I stopped all my Endodontis friends from buying any lumadent products hard to trust website information. Just last thing the light of lumadent was so comparable to zumax light which the Chinese company of zumax mentioned in there website it’s only 34000lux .”

“I had my flip up 3x loupes, couple months ago and had some issues with the bar that hold the loupes, I felt that I wasn't able to see completely clear and I got in contact with Sierra at the costumer service, who is amazing and addressed my complaint and solve my problem diligently. They re-design a brand new bar for the flip up loupes and sent me one, it took a little bit, but it was worthy, now I love my loupes, they are amazing and with the pro lux LED light they work perfect.”

“I would love to give this company 5 stars but I can't because I haven't been able to use the product. I received my light approximately 2 weeks ago but the wrong attachments came even though I sent a great photo with the order. I have called several times and have received emails back with photos again but no one has responded. I'm very disappointed.”

“I figured since the supply chain is a mess, it might take a long time to get my light, but it came within a week and I love it! I will definitely keep coming back for future products and recommend to my friends.”

“Although the cordless light is convenient, it is heavy and requires a cord to tighten the loupes to stay in place. Also the tapping motion required to turn the light off and on sporadically works properly”

“I am not very pleased with my purchase. While the product itself is fine, it came with no case nor did I have the option to buy one. It should be standard to have something that expensive and delicate come with a case.”

“Lumadent light is not bright enough, and keeps flickering. Constantly need to adjust wire and on/off button and positioning on glasses. Called a few times, put on hold, filled out a form but got no response.”

“I purchased a face shield that flips up and the very first day I wore it the part that flips up kept falling down. I tightened up the PLASTIC screws that wouldn’t move. I was told I could not return it so buyer beware, it is poor quality and to much money.”

“I've used Designs lights for well over a decade. When I found out my most recent battery replacement was going to be $700 I decided to try something else. Luma Dent has better customer service and a comparable light for a much better value.”

“I have purchased their wired light four years ago and just now had an issue. The service warranty team member Michelle Brown made my experience in ordering a replacement part so easy! She was quick at assisting and helpful. I’m glad this product lasts so long after daily use!”
