“I was originally not pleased with the customer service regarding one of my products, but I think it's because my messages were getting mixed up between different individuals in the customer service side of the company. However, after escalating my complaints, someone named Josie ended up taking over and providing me with amazing customer service and ensuring personally that I was satisfied. She was on top of all of our emails, and did not rest until things were fixed. I have been using Lumadent since 2012 when I was a dental school student, and it's nice to know that the company is still reliable. I will never recommend or use any other company for my office headlight products.”

“I am a dental hygienist and have been wearing ergo prisms loupes for about 2 years now and I love them. I was in a car accident and every time I would do SRP and my neck was bent for long periods of time my fingers in my right hand go numb. Since I’ve gotten the ergo prism loupes my fingers don’t go numb. They are a little heavier than most loupes but well worth it.”

“I had a set of the old Lumadent lights which lasted over 4 years and was very happy with them. I purchased another light and unfortunately the cable/wire broke quickly. Lumadent resolved this issue swiftly.”

“First off, friendly and immediate customer service when I walked in without an appointment. I had a problem with my battery which I have had and used extensively for over a year. I knew it was out of warranty and I expected to pay, at the very least, to fix it, or, to have to buy a new one. Instead, they gave me a brand new one for free and explained how much they valued me as a customer!!! Most Excellent! Made my day :)”

“Michelle Brown was absolutely terrific and ever so patient with me. Took the time to go through getting the light right. After much frustration on my part and not on hers she was able to resolve the issue for me. I acquired this light from the practice that two previous hygienists used and now have left the practice. The doctor paid for this light that by the way is fantastic and I just could not see it sitting in my cabinet and not being used. So thanks again to Michelle for helping me with this issue. She is great customer service and ever so patient with a senior! Phone conversations and pictures were the most helpful.”

“This is the second Lumadent headlight I have purchased. The first one lasted about 10 years before the wiring became brittle. The original battery was still lasting more than a day. The new one performs well with excellent battery life and I hope it lasts 10 years as well.”

“So far so good! Have not used my light for long, but it is definitely better quality than my last one (ultralight brand). The shipping was amazing and I got my light so fast which is super important when you need it as soon as possible! Once you work with a loupes light, hard to not have it!”
