Allie Poarch was my customer Representative and did an amazing job a communicating in a very timely manner, and helping me make adjustments to my new loupes so that they function perfect for my needs. This email to request a review has come and I have not received my order yet, it's almost 2 weeks. After 1 week, I followed up with lumadent by email and received no response. The tracking emails are very limited and shows last tracking info as: "departed facility" and that was 3 days ago, nothing since

Unfortunately, I am cancelling my purchase since I had a bad experience and difficulty ordering with Lumadent. NY representative ( Josephine) shifted me on another representative ( Mark) of other states which he didn't want to come to Rochester NY ( EIOH/URMC) for measurements since it's my first loupe purchase nor responded to my email or sms for days, then he directed me to finish purchase with his student's promotion thankfully. After receiving my ERGOFIT Box the frame did NOT fit well (pushing my temples and heavy on my nose) and wasn't sure about my measurements of accurate. I got replied with some of my images are not perfect since it's first time, that's why am asking some caring representative and services to handle my ($3000+) purchase Note: first attached picture was sent to me was NOT mine (it was for somebody in Canada; loss of confidentiality), now I'm concerned about your accuracy in fabrication of this loupe. So wondered how can I purchase Lumadent loupe and light of I started with not getting helped to begin with and high prices for this promising loupe. I believe each one can improve. Lumadent management may need to work on their communication, rep. services, accuracy, confidentiality, and product improvement. I hope could purchase a better services from Lumadent.

I am enjoying the wireless freedom. However, coming from the wired lumadent light, the wireless one is not as bright.

So far, so tood. Long battery life. My only gripe is they didn’t factor in side shields on glassescmake it difficult to keep quick touch button secured with supplied rubber bands.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH ABYSMALLY POOR AND NON-AVAILABLE LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As a long-standing formerly happy customer, I purchased a new Prolux essential package in November 2020. I have had problems with cable contact causing the light to go off in mid-procedures. I have been trying to get someone to help me, or to get a warranty replacement, BUT THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ANSWERING MY MESSAGES! I even tried to reach out to one of your salespersons (Alex Betancourt) in hopes of him helping me to get someone to reach out to speak with me, but to no avail. COVID pandemic notwithstanding, there should be SOMEONE who responds to customers' needs!

The reason for a new battery is the previous battery needed repairs-luckily it was under warranty. My light still acts up and doesn’t turn on until I connect and reconnect stereo plug in! Love your light and I hope your batteries will continue to work for me. Thank you Please communicate about the repair battery I sent back! I also sent 2 other batteries to repair (previous purchase from you) and I haven’t heard from your technician about the repairs- Again thank you for your attention repairs

The cordless light is not easy to turn on and definitely not as bright. I bought it bc the cord kept getting stuck but I don't know if I’ll be using it as much given its lower brightness. I liked the cord they used to make it was much shorter. Dont know why they cant do a short cord.
