“Big thank you to my rep Josephine Medina for taking the time with me and introducing me to LumaDent. I had been practicing dentistry for 21 yrs and wearing other brands. My neck was paying the toll. Acupunture, physical therapy, massages I tried all. I had been wearing my new loupes for about 2 months and I can already feel a huge relieve and less neck pain. Thanks very much.”

“I got the Warm ProLux LED headlight and they are simply amazing. I wasn't able to see well with my previous lights so I'm glad that I switched over. Although the mount for my loupes were out of stock in the beginning, Michelle Brown from the customer service team and the Lumadent team, in general, were incredible at finding a solution. They were able to provide me with a universal mount until they restocked my loupes mount and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Michelle went above and beyond by letting me know when the product was shipped, when it was delivered, and to check up on how the product was working after a couple of weeks. With a superb product and a wonderful customer service team, I wholeheartedly recommend Lumadent.”

“I have the 5x ergoprisms and love them. Customer service is honestly great. I’ve tried 3 different loupes. Lumadent fits their telescopes the best and quickly. I had to send back my other loupes 3x to get them adjusted, luamdent this isn’t an issue. I’ve worked with Josie and Mabel and really appreciate both of their quick response time and truly being willing to help with anything I have questions with. Honestly lumadent is my favorite loupe company I’ve worked with. I do recommend!”

“At first I didn’t know how to adjust the light intensity…the first setting was very dim so I wrote an unfavourable review. I didn’t know how to change the intensity properly by holding the button down and waiting for it to increase. Customer service responded quickly and Brian was very understanding and helpful. The light is great and the battery lasts the entire day and charges quickly. I think there’s three levels of intensity to choose from. Delivery was fast and the price was very reasonable.”

“Have been using the Lumadent light for around 11 years now and it's still going strong. Been very happy with it. So much that I purchased another one for my new pair of loupes and recommended the light to a couple of colleagues. Erica, the Lumadent rep who assisted me, was extremely helpful and made the latest purchase seamless. Happy to recommend this product to other people.”
