“Lumadent provides a novel product that has a lot of potential. The loupes take some time to get used to using but I can fewl a difference in my neck and upper back stiffness. These loupes do help. The downfall is in the quality of their product. I have had a couple of breaks and they must be sent in for repair. My previous pair of a different brand functioned for 5 years with no problems at all. These lasted 2 months before the optic dislodged from the lens, and a month later the right hinge fell apart.”

“Love my lumadent light! But I must say customer service and delivery is quite slow. Took someone 5 days to respond to my email query, and the order for accessories on 26th Nov has yet to arrive till date.”

“The quality of Lumadent illumination products is good. However, the reliability of said products, in my experience, is poor. One of the control cables from this purchase does not work and as a result, I will be lodging a warranty claim”

“I placed an order on NOV 26, 2021 for a loupe light. It is now DEC 12/07/21 and I have no email indicating that my purchase has been shipped. I called lumadent customer service two times last week asking about my order and was told it would take 24-48 hours for them to ship my order; but those were empty promises. Customer service as well as communication has been very disappointing. I'm thinking about canceling my order now.”
