Came to the office for their residential sale and Josie and Samuel were so patient and kind! I spent hoouurrsss trying on loupes and they were both so patient and amazing for helping me find the right fit, perfect IPD, and ones that would work with my small nose bridge. Sam and the project manager were so sweet to work with me in finding the best price and warranty for the loupes. Lumadent has always had great customer service! So happy to see they continue to live up to their amazing reputation! Thank you Josie and Samuel!

I was originally not pleased with the customer service regarding one of my products, but I think it's because my messages were getting mixed up between different individuals in the customer service side of the company.

First off, friendly and immediate customer service when I walked in without an appointment. I had a problem with my battery which I have had and used extensively for over a year. I knew it was out of warranty and I expected to pay, at the very least, to fix it, or, to have to buy a new one. Instead, they gave me a brand new one for free and explained how much they valued me as a customer!!! Most Excellent! Made my day :)
