I arrived at the mid term car park at 6am and had to wait 20 mins for the bus, when the main reason I paid for mid term was that there was only supposed to be a 5-10 min wait for the bus. I had prepaid for parking, but when I tried to leave the car park the metre said I owed £40 so I had to go to the office. The man there was very nice and helpful, but after travelling this was a bit annoying.

When i initially parked up it was pitch dark at 6am with no lights on in the carpark and pouring down with rain. Had no idea where I was parking. Luckily found a spot and didn't get a ticket for it!

The car park surface was uneven and broken in places. Spaces were not clearly marked. I had to seek assistance to exit as my prepayment was not accepted. Overall a disappointing experience.

Took 30mins to get from the terminal to the car park because of the infrequency of the buses, would have been far quicker to walk.

On Exit I was informed of an over stay (not so). Exit was impeded saying I owed in excess of £70 when infact my stay of 24hrs was little over £20. In fairness operator via speaker system was helpfull, and eventually allowed to exit.

I prepaid for parking in the short term car park. When we went to exit, we were asked to pay over £100. The system obviously didn't recognise our car registration ( presuming this is how the system knows those cars that prepay for parking). We didn't exceed our parking duration. We had to press the help button and wait for someone to answer, and then we were let past the barrier. Just didn't need the hassle after our flight, late at night and in subzero temperatures.

I parked without issue having prepaid, but on my return I walked back to the mid stay which is difficult with loads of barriers stopping you from easily crossing the road. When I left the car park the ticket machine then said that there was a £40 fee to pay, and it took a while to get allowed out of the car park, a little frustrating to say the least!

On exit it showed that we owe over 200 pounds even tho everything was prebooked ! Would prefer faster and more efficient service.

The entry machine didn't read our numberplate correctly, so it didn't recognise that we had pre-booked. We then couldn't find a help desk, and after running around the carpark for 5 minutes we then luckily found an attendant, who was helpful and told us not to worry, just press for help and quote our booking reference when we exit.

I haven't yet parked. You are a little premature with your email ?

Even though I pre-booked I was not able to exit the car park without first contacting support to get the barrier raised. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Problem encountered on exit - ticket not recognised so screen indicated that we owed £100+ even although we had pre-paid. Pressing the Help button did not result in any assistance first time around so we had ring contact number for advice and were told that the ANPR system had probably not worked although the Reg. number appeared on our ticket. Following this contact we then had go back round system again and wait for response from Help service - thankfully this worked ok this time. Once the Help service responded we were able to exit but took 10+ minutes to resolve the problem.

Parked in midterm car park, having pre-booked online. On entry it was clear that the pre-booking had not worked according to plan (no number plate details printed on ticket), so set off on trip knowing that this would need to be resolved upon return. Bus service less frequent than advertised both to and from terminal. On return I had to speak to a member of staff via intercom to explain that I had pre-booked in order to get out - no apology offered, it seemed clear that this was a very regular occurrence.

i got a chep deal for a days parking but the barrier did not recognise it and tried to charge me full cost. It got sorted but for a premium space it should wrok. The walkways are as confusing as ever and its easy to find you have to go on a detour to get out, once on foot. The road surface is rough and there was a queue to get in thrrough the drop off section. Not really worth the higher cost over the regular car park.

We have contacted Luton Airport parking and are in the process of receiving a refund. We parked in the mid term car park, having previously booked for here a few days before. When arriving home after our holiday and going to leave the car park, we were faced with a £60 charge for our whole stay, even though we followed all instructions on the booking confirmation. However, I would still use this service again.

The barrier did not reconise our number plate, so on return we had to phone at the barrier. It took ages for the phone to be answered, but then he dealt with it instantly and raised the barrier....

all very well except the shuttle bus drive who refused a coffee on board for some reason... hard to do after an early morning flight.

I had booked a one hour stay. When I got to the exit barrier and entered my ticket it said that I needed to pay a further 8.43 GBP. I had been parked less than hour. I pressed for assistance which took a very long time to respond. The assistant then said that the charge was correct. I said that it could not be as I had paid a pre-booked space for one hour. She went away and on coming back gave no apology - just said - 'the barrier is opening now". No explanation, no apology - no care. Very Very poor service.

My flight was delayed and I had to pay £20 on top of my already paid booking.
