Excellent! Used the long stay car park. Tarmac surface, good size parking spaces and no issues with barriers to enter/exit. Would use again.

Good service always a bit worried nowadays when paying for anything on line with all the hackers and cyber bandits around but this the same for all internet payments.This method of parking is the way I will be using in the future.

Short Term parking was ideal - a few minutes walk to the terminal and easy to get in and out of. Would definitely use this service again. Worth paying a little bit extra to not have to get on a bus.

When I arrived at the airport the automatic recognition of my car reg did not work, so waited 5 mins for the man to return to the office to let me in. When flying back i found my car had a flat battery, so had to call out the AA to jump start the car. They tried to deny it was their fault and said it was a faulty car battery, but the car had only just had a service (in the last 3 weeks), and when I recharged the battery by driving home the charge held, thus the fault was not with the battery. I have not received any apology to date and will be making a claim based on the above. Would I use NOT the service again. Very expensive for what I received.

After collecting my car from the short tem parking where I had prepaid , I instert my prepaid ticket only for it to display that I had outstanding amount of £72.00, I press the intercome button and to quote my reference and registration number. This should have not happened

Given the weather in the UK, a covered walk-way to the terminal building would be good. Otherwise the parking is in a good position. Would be even better if it was underneath the terminal building.

Going out fabulous. Coming home disastrous - there was a vehicle broken down on the roundabout near the terminal meaning you had a one way system in operation. Why no one could move the car is beyond me. We just froze at 11pm waiting for the Mid-term Bus to arrive when all you want to do is get home.

this was the second visit this my second visit in the last 6 months and on both occasions, the system failed to recognise my number plate and details and had to take the standard ticket. on return on both occasions the exist gate advised excessive higher rate than I had already paid. on calling the assistance button the operator at your end readily acknowledged the problem and readily opened the gate after checking our booking reference. This was good but from the other users around me and the response of your operator it would appear to be a common / routine occurrence and therefore suggests to me that you have a systematic problem that has not been resolved. not happy but not my problem over to you to fix it.

As always good value and convenient - only moan is they never ever automatically recognise my car and I always have to press the help button and give the booking code to get out of car park

Even though I had pre-booked when we put our ticket in the barrier it said we owed £80. We tried ringing the number but no answer and then had to press for assistance at barrier.
