I was pleased with the rapid access into and out of the car park - excellent. I was disappointed to be parking on dirt and not tarmac. It had clearly rained while I was away and the dirt had "bounced" onto the lower part of my car. I would use the car park again - simply because it is easy to access. Next time I'll know not to wash my car the day before.

Long stay: On the way out I waited at a stop, only to see the bus leave with out picking me up. Further investigation showed me i was at a request only stop for disabled people. Why!? Very annoying to have to wait for the next bus. On my return tothe UK I had to wait in the freezing cold for 25 mins before a bus turned up. So both directions were disappointing. Not a good service.

It was difficult to find parking slot, it looked to me overloaded. When I was leaving I was stopped at the barrier, inserted a ticked and the machine asked me for a hilarious price to pay even I had it pre- booked. When pressed button to get help to speak to someone, it took approx. 20 minutes while someone answered it, completely out of order, extremely disappointed.

Having complied with the instructions upon leaving my car, when I returned to my car at the end of my trip, I was astounded that having read that I should present my car park ticket to the machine and that my number plate would be read to confirm who I was, I discovered that the system wish to charge me approx £100 in addition to that which I had already paid. This was despite the fact that I was 30 minutes early for my book-out time. I noticed that other people leaving the car park were having the same experience despite the fact it was 9.30 in the evening and freezing cold. Now it strikes me, that if you are going to use modern technology to run a system instead of people, you should make sure it bloody well works! The person who dealt with me was very courteous and quick to help sort out the problem with your inadequate system!

The Short Term car park is poor in quality - an outside car park with damaged tarmac and no lines in places. The walk can be quite long especially if you don't expect that the Disabled Car Park area is fenced off to prevent you walking through it.

Flying out was excellent Return Dreadful Had to wait ages for bus to medium stay car park 3 Long stay buses arrived and went while we waited in bad weather. Bus ended up being nearly full! Ticket wouldn't let me out had to drive up to cabin to sort out Had pre paid the correct time but your system let me down! Bet we ended up leaving 40mins late due to no fault of my own.

In short stay , no advice on where spaces are, aisles are narrow and dead ends meaning you have to do a 3 point turn in small space. The tarmac surface is very poor and potholed, generally not very good for the money charged, needs to be improved

Every time i pre-book the barrier does not recognise my number plate so i have to press the help button at the barrier whilst someone confirms i have pre-book and opens the barrier - why????

Good location and quick access by bus. Signage in the car park itself isn't very good. Spaces arent clearly outlined so sometimes space is wasted.

Website booking complicated when puting houers did mistake and payed for 24h more then for 74h prebooked, besides its ok

Straightofrward and good value when booking online. However the condition of the car park is poor. Pot holes, no proper bays...feels like wasteland! Worst airport car park I use. Poor signage relating to pathways (direction signs but no access info out of the car park).

Due to an accident on the motorway we ended up missing out flight. We had pre-booked parking from Friday until Sunday. We managed to get another flight on the Saturday and I was informed that because we had left the car park the booking no longer stood and so I had to do another booking for the car park. It is ridiculous that the original booking did not stay as we would still be using the car park for the original time frame.

Frequent problems when leaving short stay with the machines not recognising mine and other cars. This means having to ask to be let out which can take time. On occasions all lanes have been blocked for some time.

I booked and paid for my 2-day parking space on line, which was relatively straightoforward. But when I collected my car and arrived at the exit barrier, the machine did not recognise my reference code. I pressed for assistance and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to answer - there were other people having the same problem, and only one person answering the requests for assistance apparently. So I wondered why I'd bothered to book in advance at all!

despite having prepaid for my parking.On trying to leave the barrier it showed that I apparently owed 4 times the original amount. I was reassured eventually because I heard that other people were having the same problem and it was some sort of error. I wonder how many people paid was wrongly demanded?

I prepaid for the short stay car park. On my return I knew I had not overstayed my booked time as I had about 4 hours to spare. However when I put my ticket into the barrier it told me I owed £108.00!! I was travelling alone and went back into the car park to find my email and a phone number. When I was unable to find a number I drove up to the barrier again and inserted my ticket. This time I buzzed for help and finally sorted it our and was allowed out of the carpark. This took about 40 minutes. I then had to drive 3.5 hours home , not the best parking experience I have had

Whilst access and ease of use is superb, the parking is let down badly by a shoddy surface to the car park with broken tarmac and loose stones. The problem being that once your luggage is out of the car, the stones jam under your baggage wheels and you end up dragging your baggage along with the wheels skidding behind you. Resurface the car park and I would give you 10/10 currently 5/10.

the space you provide for the money might as well be a hole in the ground, it's convenient but clearly you are not ploughing money into surfacing etc, and who knows what damage is caused to cars as a result
