Very straightforward - number plate recognition on entry and exit procedure excellent, and felt that car was secure. Frequency of courtesy bus satisfactory.

Overall very pleased with our parking experience and would definitely recommend. No issues entering or exiting the car park due to the automatic car recognition. Bus arrived promptly and within a few minutes of parking we were already on the bus for a short ride to the terminal building. Another plus is that due to its short distance to the terminal building you could always walk if there was problems with the bus.

Space is becoming limited and 'bays' are narrow for bigger cars

Over all my experience was OK - however when arriving in the car park there was not a lot of parking spaces - the ones remaining were in unmarked bays - which meant people had parked badly and the few available spaces were VERY tight - or redundant. After driving around the carpark several times, I had to squeeze into a tiny space next to a car (which was parked at an angle), fold down my wing mirrors and climb out of the passengers side...which was not ideal so early in the morning (and being pregnant - and not as slim) and it meant we had to rush for the plane.

such a rip off! Pre booked and payed £45 online, easyjet then delay flight on the way home so went over by an hour on my allotted time. And the car park barrier wouldn't budge until I put in my credit card and took another £74. As a female travelling alone on a business trip late at night I found the whole experience a bit stressful. Will not be using the short stay car park again as the flight ended up being a quarter of the price of flying.

Parking surface is appalling with large potholes, pre paid ticket failed and required resolving by attendant.

Hello Left my car at the priority car park at Luton between 8th May and 12th May and with regards I have to inform you all that they did provided me with a completely rubbish job . I dropped my BMW X6 all in good shape and when picked up back had 5miles extra even though they told me should have more than 1 mile . However the worst thing is that my car had a scratch at the back and another scratch and slightly bent by the look of it on the right side back door!! When picked up my car they rushed me to sign telling me all good with my vehicle . It was nearly mid night so I was not able to see it right away as the car was dirty too but spotted everything 1st thing in the morning. Called them and up to this moment nothing is been done and spoke to Richard ( duty manager) and according to him at the time he will call back but guess what 3 weeks later and nothing still!! I already sorted out my car at my own expenses but people watch out they can damage your car too. Not to mention how hard is to get hold of them!! Completely crap service and if I could I would have rated them minus ten stars!!???????????????????????? avoid them at all cost! Rubbish service . Regards Cristina Sara

Well signed and ample parking space. Buses arrived promptly and journey to and from the car park was pretty speedy, We've used the mid term car park before and will continue to do so.

Did not recognise ticket was paid in advance until I spoke to the 'help' attendant at the barrier when leaving the car park.

Long stay carpark was still fairly expensive (£78 for a week in May). On the plus side there was only a short wait for a bus both to and from departures so it didn't take long. I prebooked and had a brief moment of panic when I put my ticket at the exit barrier and was told I owed £158! There was, however, a quick and polite response when I pressed the button, and the gate was opened after I gave my booking reference number. So make sure you have your booking reference on you! Oh - and DON'T lose your ticket. If you do, they will charge the max rate.
