“So cheap and so close to Airpot.. It's on site !!! Booking more flight and car park from Luton in future...two weeks July £55 on site parking.... Book in advance..”

“Getting in and booking is easy, it was annoying that there was no short term space left when I booked, but I guess I left it too late. The bus service is reliable and regular. Large sections could really do with be re-paved though as they're quite rough.”

“Short stay is great for short business trips. Website could be more helpful with time slots (15 min not 1 hour intervals) Could not change booking 26 hours before arrival.”

“Arrived an hour early and was worried about an extra charge but it never happend also had a ticket stolen along with my wallet which wasn't a problem on exit either. Very good service will use them again”

“Very close to the main terminal.Very well sign posted with a number of bus stops with clear instruction for the return journey. all together very efficient!”

“Your quick drop parking is outstanding. The staff are polite and very good at there jobs. It is a great shame that the rest of the airport is not as good. Printers that don't work at checkin desks. Escalators that don't work, again. Card machines that don't work in the duty free. I'm sorry sir, they have not worked all day, you can only pay cash is what you are told. Ant the worst thing of all is that when you go through the gate and down the stairs to bord the aeroplane you are met by locked doors in front of you and 150 people packed into the stairwell behind you with no way out and no staff supervision. I feel that this is a health and safety issue that needs to be addressed before it turns into a tradgerty. I have reported this on meny accessions to your staff, and the reply is. We have a staff shortage. I do hope that this shortage does not cost someone their life.”

“Short stay is shoddy like the rest of Luton airport. Coming out of the exit of domestic arrivals you have to cross 3 potential lines of traffic or go round a long walk to get back to short stay.”

“The booking is very easy, and entering the car park was simple, with plenty of parking available. However the transfer to the airport was unreliable and definitely doesn't run as often as advertised.”

“the state of the ground in the short term car park is poor. It clearly needs resurfacing. Very hard to pull suitcases along and lack of suitcase trolleys”
