Although I prebooked and prepaid I couldn't get out of the car park and had to use the help service.

short stay car park surface is totally unacceptable for the price. you are more expensive than stagnated and their surface and parking is perfect. Also a long way to walk in the rain, needs a covered walking route at least part of the way

Parked in short term left corner near terminal Pathway blocked by cars almost in their bay Pathway needs to be wider and more clearly signed

YOU NEED YOUR BOOKING REFERENCE WHEN RETURNING AFTER A WHILE ON HOLIDAY YOU FORGET ;;; WHY THE PLATE REGISTRATION IS NOT A REFERENCE TO LIFT THE BARRIER,, PLEASE ADD DIRECTION SIGN BETWEEN THE FIRST ROUNDABOUT AND THE FINAL ONE ;;; IT IS NOT OBVIOUS AT 6:00 AM ,,, THEN WHERE CAN WE GET A BILL WHEN PRE BOOKING NOT OBVIOUS NEITHER WHY DO YOU SEND IT BY EMAIL AFTER THE PAYMENT IS DONE

The automatic number plate recognition system never works. I have used this car park circa 12 times over the past year and only on one occasion did it recognise my number plate. You then have to wait a long time for the attendant to pick up the call.

As a regular user of the Luton Airport Short term parking my experience is that, even though I pre book, it is about 50% of the time that the cameras recognise the number plate. When the number plate has not recognised there is a considerable delay at the exit barrier whilst waiting for someone to respond, check the booking and open the barrier.

Car covered in bird dirt upon return, great job, now need to clean it, seems to be a bit amateur compared to other airports.

Even though the ticket barrier picked up my number plate correctly it did not allow us to leave automatically. We had to wait on hold while a rude lady finally let us through.

We prepaid but the car was not recognised at the car park entrance so were held-up on our return. The short-term car park is in desperate need of major works (resurfacing at a minimum) and some covered walkway would be good.

Given the price you pay for the privilage of using THEIR Airport Parking you would think they would make the Car Park surface flat, no potholes with associated puddles and sufficient lighting so as not need to iluminate your way using your phone carera light Dangerous take the bus or taxi from home

I haven't parked yet and have had to double book myself as my flight got changed and I couldn't add an additional day onto my booking. I can at Heathrow and Stansted.

The car park is badly paved, badly lit, badly signposted and above all we had to wait 45 minutes to get out as none of the machines worked. Unacceptable

1/ Difficult to find a parking space. 2/ Driver on return journey was surly and uncommunicative to the point we thought he was being deliberately unhelpful. 3/ Despite having bought my parking ticket in advance and leaving in plenty of time before the expiration time the machine wanted to charge us £80.

Number plate recognition didn't recognise my number plate and I had to call the attendant. He was very helpful.

Booked throught website, but at the barrier the camera did not even read my number plate corretcly, so the machine gives me a ticket with wrong number plate.

I have a couple of comments. First, although I always pre-pay my parking in the short stay car park, when I exit the ticket machine NEVER recognises this and I have to contact the office to explain I've pre-paid. This has been going on for 2 years now! Why can't we just insert the ticket and drive out? Also, I think Luton Airport should re-surface the short term car park. The surface is terrible, it's pot holed and broken up and yet we are expected to pay up over £40 per day for this!

On arriving and eventually finding a place to park at your long term carpark ,I felt that the lighting could have been better .On returning to Luton from our holiday and arriving in baggage collection area I thought the signage for indicating which belt to go to was second to useless .After finding our cases we then went out to find the bus to take us to the carpark .there was already about 25 people with luggage waiting in the pouring rain ,luckily I had an umbrella ,but most of the others just got wet ,little or no protection afforded to the people .We waited nearly half an hour ,and I saw a number of buses,but only one for LONG TERM PARKING which the driver changed his destination on coming round the roundabout to OUT OF SERVICE ,then continued into the pick up area and then out again .When I told the next bus driver of this ,he just said "Oh! he must have been out of his time for driving ".My question is ",do feel that this is a suitable way to treat people.Also my wife hurt her foot walking on the large stones in the carpark.

Pre-paid for parking but then I had to sit at the barrier on the Friday evening for 5 mins beeping my horn and ringing the security desk using the machine as it was requesting £72.00 I then had to double check that I had booked it for the right dates and times which I had. Eventually somebody answered the telecom and took my surname before lifting the barrier.

ticket barrier did not recognise pre payment but was resolved after speaking on intercom although no apology given.there was clearly a systematic problem because at least 3 other cars had same problem whilst i was delayed for 5 minutes
