Mid stay very convenient but also very expensive! Stansted short stay would actually have been cheaper.

1) Overall the facility was satisfactory with the following exceptions a) In the cold weather to have to wait for the transfer bus in an open shelter was rather painful. b) The exit card obtained when entering the facility did not work on the way out. Although your operator answered fairly promptly, it was rather upsetting to use the card several times before help was offered. 2) Subject to the items above the price seemed reasonable, but in the future I would have some doubts about using the car park.

Overall experience quality improving from what it was a couple of years ago. Continued points of frustration remain: (1) Tortuous route when disembarking plane - escalators from the up/down levels would improve comfort and efficiency of transiting passengers. (2) No covered walk ways to/from bus stops or short stay car park.

Parking this time was ok. Generally though :- 1. I hate the fact that I have to pay to drop someone off when Im not even flying! 2. I find the short-term parking ok 3. I cannot understand why I have to pay £2 for a trolly 4. This time I noticed one of the valet parking guys leaning on my bonnet, using it as a table...! 5. Ive used the short-term parking many times and this time was, I think, the first time it let me out without having to contact the operator (or paying ~£120 again!)

In the long term car park there is a special needs shelter near the exit which says don't wait here for a bus and two arrows pointing to nowhere as alternatives. Only by chasing the bus around could we guess what stop it was heading for. Very poorly marked in long term car park itself.

I was surprised to get a request for a review from you, as I will be travelling in a month's time! I can only assume that I entered the month of December, not January. I have emailed Luton Airport Parking asking that they confirm my booking of 26-29 January. I'm assuming that it will be straightforward for them to do this, in which case I'll award them a 'very good' star. If I get no response then I'll award a 'very poor' star and I'll rebook parking with another provider. Gordon Young

Parking as easy to find and buses back and forth were good. The online booking in advance could have been nice to have had the parking valued for this, in stead of having to pay for my ticket at the gate. overall the luton team were very quick to refund my booked request. I had made error on the departure date, but theere was no addidtional discount for the paying at the gate, after them cancelling my booking for a refund.

The car park was a bit of a building site, road surfaces broken and poor. On the other hand, access to the terminal is great, only two minutes walk.

A bit out of the way, made worse by a coach driver who decided to drive at the slowest possible speed and was particularly miserable

Automatic pre-paid exit didn't work. Had to wait at the barrier after pressing the assistance button untill the person next to me could exit who also had the same problem.

Absolutely fine, close to the terminal which was ideal with 2 young children. Bit surprised at the poor state of the actual car park...just rough tarmac but I'm not really bothered by that...just cosmetics, so long as you can wheel a trolley easily and walk safely to and from....in that respect a lack of visible lines and directions ( that I could see in the dark) could be a health & safety issue in the future.

Regularly the cctv does not recognise number plate on arrival for pre booked orders which causes issues on departure. Cost of parking are also exceptionally high especially for short term parking. Quality of spaces also quite poor when taking account of the high cost.

Despite registering in advance for car parking mid term for a long weekend, I got a surprise £80+ charge at the exit....it appears the pre-registration and ANPR at the barriers don't share the same database. Thankfully, the HELP button and my booking reference saved me the additional charge. Parking and bus to the terminal all as advertised.

Nice and close to Terminal. Booked and Prepaid but upon exiting car park my ticket demanded payment. Contacted assistance via the button, gave my details and barrier was raised.

Only spaces available at the very back of the car park The camera did not recognise the car on exit, had to contact the help service. Car park spaces bot big enough for cars bigger than medium sized hatchback.
