I parked without issue having prepaid, but on my return I walked back to the mid stay which is difficult with loads of barriers stopping you from easily crossing the road. When I left the car park the ticket machine then said that there was a £40 fee to pay, and it took a while to get allowed out of the car park, a little frustrating to say the least!

Was very surprised just how significant a saving could be made by pre-booking saving £50 for 3 days! Booking process was simple, the car park was well signposted which made it easy. Buses were regular although must say that the shelters both at the airport and the park itself were pretty useless affording little protection from the elements! Only issue I had was that on leaving the park my ticket wasn't recognised as having been pre-paid which gave me a bit of a shock as the screen flashed that £80 was owed but the lady at the end of the buzzer was very helpful and resolved issue quickly.

The car was safe and the buses were quick and frequent but we had to press the assistance button and speak to someone to avoid paying the £80 fee despite having pre-booked.

Our flight was diverted to Gatwick. We arrived back in London at about 2 am, too late to get to Luton to pick up our car. I picked up the car the next morning and really appreciated the fact that I did not have to make a case for not having to pay the extra time. I was let out with a courteous thank you and goodbye. I have marked this Good rather than Very Good because the tarmac surface in the short stay car park could do with improvement. I often have to step into a puddle to get out of the car.

The Car Park is a shambles the ground is all broken up and difficult to walk with a suitcase on wheels across. The signage is non existent. When I departed the barrier wanted a fee but I prebooked so that system clearly doesn't work. It was not a good experience and my choice of airport to fly from will not be Luton again

Good location but not that easy to follow signs (it's easy to get confused with drop off zone entrance). Also car park surface and bay markings are poor.

Worst possible service. 25 main wait in 0 degree temp for mid term car park which is 50 second drive away. Machine doesn't recognise pre bookings.

Arriving early in the morning in the dark at 4am and trying to follow the Pink signs, most of which were faded to white, was far from easy. The entrance to the car park itself is not obvious at all, not helped by a no entry sign on the left hand side of the entrance. I ended up driving down the perimeter emergency access road, and judging by the number of tyre tracks in the mud at the end to turn round, I wasn't the first to do this. Having drove back to follow the signs again I drove in the exit before finally finding the entrance barriers. Another couple were driving round looking for the entrance too so it wasn't just me! After coming back from holiday to find my vehicle had been damaged by another car, the final insult was driving to the exit, inserting my ticket and being told I had another £128 to pay despite pre-booking the stay. This was waived after complaining to the helpline. A thoroughly miserable experience and by far the worst of any airport car park I have ever been in.
