“On a recent trip my return was delayed by a day. This meant I had to pay extra, which is reasonable. What I don't think is reasonable is the rate. I had to pay the same for 1 day that 3 days had cost me - just over £20. I think this punitive charging is disappointing and in future I will look for an alternative to what is otherwise a very convenient service.”

“Park here every time we fly from Luton, the lovely bus driver waited for us when he saw us parking. When we over stayed due to French air traffic controllers striking, we weren't charged any extra. Fantastic customer service.”

“Having arrived before 5am for a 6am flight, we finally got on the 4th bus to arrive in the car park. Nearly missed our flight, why do your buses pick up from the first bus stop everytime they come into the car park, you do have people parking on the other side of the car park. Very poor service”

“This was the most pleasant parking experience I've ever had, well worth the price. It is very conveniently situated near to the terminal and the staff were efficient and helpful. This was the first time I have flown from Luton and if I do travel from there again I will use this service.”

“Why send this email for a review a week before I go? This made me panic and have to check all my documents. I'm sure the parking is fine. But this over zealous need for feedback is stupid”

“I prebooked short term parking and when I arrived at the gate I was expecting it to recognise my number plate, however this was not the case, with cars behind me I just took a ticket, there was no one to assist me so I drove to the exit gate and pressed the buzzer for assistance, the member of staff was very helpful and advised they have had issues with this and advised me that upon leaving press the buzzer again and provide the booking reference and I could leave. This is why I gave the poor review as I was very confused, doubted myself that I was in the correct car park but again as I've mentioned the staff member was very helpful.”

“Pre paid but machine displayed I owed £152 . Had to hold up other people whilst I found reference number and speak to operator. Wonder how many people pay what machine displays.CON!!!!!!”

“I had to wait 15 min for a bus in mid stay car park and on the website is 8-10 min. The bus gone to terminal on walk speed... Apart of that all fine. Easy to find the car park.”
