“Very good service. Shuttle bus was there as soon as we arrived and it took 5 minutes to get to the terminal and same way return. Easy to find following directions from the email and also road signs. Will definitely use again.”

“Very handy car park to get to - close to the Motorway and quick transfer to the airport on very big roomy bus. No problem finding parking spaces. Entry was simple, just drove up and the ticket barrier greeted me by name, took the ticket parked. Went on Holiday ... back to the Car and put the same ticket in to get out - Simple As That Good deals to be had if booked in advance Will be using again.”

“I have to say a heartfelt thank you to your team. I lost my laptop bag on Sat 27 Dec on your Long Term Car Park bus (was travelling with a lot of luggage plus an infant). It was picked up by one of your staff on duty and taken to lost property. Between your team and the lost property team, you calmed my nerves by letting me know you located it and I slept soundly that night. Could have all ended very badly but your team were tremendous and I really appreciate it. Thank you!”

“Parking at Luton was quick and easy. Although the camera system didn't work with the pre-paid system, the car park team more than compensated by helping start my car battery which had gone flat. Thumbs up to the team.”

“Parking process is very good. Time taken to wait both on collection and return for bus can be very variable. I use your mid term car park at least 3 times a month and it is usually quicker to walk to the terminal than get the bus which is both a pain and sometimes dangerous. It is noticeable that the bus drivers tend to be very unaware of passengers making their way to the bus stops in the car park”

“This is the second time using this parking at Luton Airport.. Easy to find, easy system to use, just park your car and wait for the shuttle bus. You ever have to wait to long for one either. Wouldn't alway recommend to others and will defiantly be using again.”

“I was a very good service . There was know hassle at all, You park your car on space available and just remember where you park ,and take the bus right out side the terminal It is easy then you probably will think off.”

“Fantastic car park, literally was a two minute walk to my terminal and because I was running late it enabled me to catch my flight. Will definitely use every time I fly from Luton.”
