very easy - drive up, leave the car very close to the terminal, car was waiting for us on arrival back into the UK - simple and easy

I parked in short stay for 4 days and parked relatively close to the airport. It was still a fairly long walk for my disabled mum but we could have got assistance via wheelchair as there is a Special Assistance facility close by. Was confident car would be safe and undamaged while I was away. On return to vehicle it was fine but my only let down is that when I put ticket in at exit barrier it wanted me to pay an additional £100. I pushed help buzzer and the matter was dealt with efficiently but did upset the people waiting behind me.

Pretty good and straight forward however have noticed recently that the mid-term parking is getting fuller and fuller and its taking a while to find a space, specially at peak times (Monday morning). Its also rather frustrating when you have a bus come along that says "drop off only." This is starting to happen too regularly, especially worrying when you are short of time due to recent roadworks causing delays etc.

Happy with booking process, and location of car park. Unhappy with signage etc which is not totally clear, and I ended up driving into pickup area which then cost me £2.50 to drive into and straight back out of. Parked in a space that was right on the end of the parking bays alongside the main driveway through the park. Returned to find some idiot had parked in the driveway next to my car leaving enough space for a pencil to get into my car that side, which was the drivers side. If drivers show so little regard to others, then they should have their vehicles towed away. In their defense, you had possibly let too many cars into the car park as this car was not the only one parked so irresponsibly.

Parking as advertised, lots of space, bus within ten minutes. Changes and queries answered clearly on the phone. Make sure to buy in advance otherwise the cost is too much.

The exit machine wanted to charge us £63 for a pre-paid stay. Fortunately the chap on the end of the phone quickly sorted it out

The booking process is easy but the short term parking area is in an appalling state. Overcrowded, signage virtually non-existent, very difficult to find a space and the surface is rough, rutted ground.

Its always a very quick entry and exit, my only one suggestion would be to have better marked spaces as some people park over 2 spaces

Arrived at car park, easy to find, my name came up on screen...amazing, way home . Ticket in at barrier, recognised car, barrier up, out of airport...only problem then was m1 closed so diverted thro Luton, not fun when landed at 11.30pm, not car park prob tho. Would defo do again

car park very close to terminal, which was great. We bought a blue badge discounted ticket on line, and hadn't realised we needed to 'register' it before flying - it was only by chance we noticed the disabled cabin and checked with them before going into the terminal. Perhaps I missed details of this when booking the ticket, but perhaps this could be made clearer. Otherwise, all great

Beware of overstaying. Got a good price for a 3 day stay. My plan was 2 hours late and got hit with a charge over double the quoted price...!

Confusing to know where to park. Car park surface is atrocious. Parking seemed haphazard (No clear lines) The camera system did not pick up my car reg and give me a card. I had to take one and speak to someone on exit to be let out. Also when booking to come back, I was not sure at what time I was supposed to be gone (and thus avoid having to incur unreasonable charges). The flight was late in the evening, so I was not sure if I should pay for an extra day. Extra stress that's really not needed. I hate these technology based parking systems that have no human face to them (and I'm a geek). The words that came to mind when I arrived at the airport was "Under Investment", "Disorganised", "This is horrible". When I arrived at the parking... words were "You have got to be kidding..."

Slow response at car park exit assistance. No notice given in the bus about the stop number. Improve parking by making it fully concrete not stones.

Easy to book. Had a problem on exit showing that we still had to pay even though we paid when we pre-booked, but was swiftly sorted out via the intercom at the exit gate. Would use again if we were to fly from Luton again.
