“Very pleasant experience, hassle-free, My partner is not well and she finds it difficult to walk very far, so the fact that the bus drops you of at the terminal door is very convenient.”

“Parking itself was very good. However, getting to you was a nightmare. This was due to the roadwork closures around junction 10, its poor signage, which in very heavy rain was very difficult to see in lorry traffic, which hid the signs. Horrendous.”

“Good car park, close to the airport, and reasonably priced. I thought the bus took awhile to pick me up on the outbound leg of my journey (15 minutes), but coming back was swift.”

“The state of the carpark is poor . Isn't it time for tarmac all over? My last but one visit was very stressful because of lack of space and cars parked at the end of rows meant that I had to reverse in every row rather than go round the carpark to find a space! Don't you need a two-story carpark? At my last visit (2 days ago) I left at 00:18, having pre-booked my carpark (£34 - booking JVY60) but was unable to leave the carpark . No one replied to the help button at the barrier and I had to pay £111 to leave the carpark. I am currently waiting for the refund. The only good point is the proximity to the terminal. regards M Lovell”

“Very friendly and was waiting for us to arrive and car was waiting for us when we returned and staff were friendly again even though we were late. We'll definitely be parking there again.”

“Pick up on arrival was good, waited only a few minutes for bus to take us to the terminal. On return from holiday the service was slower waited over the normal time for the return to the long stay car park. We were lucky to get on, others queuing had to wait for another bus. Held up at exit from car park by other cars where the barrier wasn't opening up, whether this was the system or drivers not ready or payment not paid I don't know. However overall experience was good.”

“Overall experience good, easy to find with good access to bus stops with clear signage throughout the car park. On departure, ticket machine stated outstanding value £152.00 which was a worry, though parking assistance available over the speaker to lift the barrier at no extra cost. Thankfully!!”

“Luton's a horrific airport. Inside, with all the budget airline customers penned-in, pushing each other, and shepherded about in very long lines, is a horrid experience. Thankfully, the car parking next to the terminal was perfect. I was able to drive past the throngs of people walking from the carparks further away, drop the car with a very nice man, and hop into the terminal really quickly. Picking-up the car was similarly convenient and hassle-free. The guys that park and look after your car are a friendly bunch too. If you can justify the costs then I'd recommend it every time.”
