Easy to locate - but was very busy so finding a space close to the exit was difficult. Exit route not signed well enough. It's a pity that there isn't a separate car park for those pre-booking and those paying on the day. I found that as a business traveller I was amongst holiday makers and although I'm not precious about that, you just want to get in and out quickly and my progress was impeded by people who obviously had time on their hands.

Use long stay as there are never spaces available. My car had been moved while I was away.

Everything was ok except the plates recognition system doesnt read spanish plates like mine, so each time I try to exit I have to call through the intercomunicator. It is not a big ideal, but it would be great if I can avoid that

Was good there is a slight confusion due to the service road running along side the car park! Also the vrn cameras were not working or didn't recognise my vrn,, overall very pleased

Despite paying my £ 33 fee online in advance for my 1-3/may parking and without overrunning on my departure time I was prevented from exiting at the gate on 3/may unless I paid an additional £ 69. Pressing of the call button to correct this oversight went unanswered for 2 mins so a large queue built up behind me. Finally exited after speaking to an operator. A neighbouring driver to me in the same predicament reluctantly paid a further £ 69 just to be able to exit. A very poor experience

The process was all very easy and efficient. As a first time visitor to the airport I would say the road layout and signage of the last 150m on approach was confusing, and it would be easy to find yourself in the drop off section rather than the car park itself.

Now used Priority Parking at London Luton on three occasions and on each very quick check in of car and car ready to be collected on return. Best meet and greet I have used at any airport for efficiency and staff friendly and professional.

Ticket machine displayed my name to confirm my car had been recognised and transfers to and from the airport we quick. Leaving car park was just as easy. Ticket machine recognised I had pre paid and opened the gate.

This is now the second time I have been refused exit from the car park despite having pre-booked. On both occasions I tried to leave on the correct day before the set time and yet was held at the barriers. Despite having an email confirming the dates were correct I was forced to pay to exit last time. This time I did not receive any confirmation email but it would not have made any difference. You can only speak to someone on the intercom who point blank refuses listen. On this latest occasion when I tried to explain the chap simply said "well stuff you then, you can sit there for all I care!". He then terminated the intercom and refused to answer for several minutes until he pretended he didn't know what I wanted and again insisted I pay to leave. What a terrible to end to what had been a nice holiday. I will never use Luton Aiport Car Parke again and will tell anyone I can not to use them. I am also contacting EasyJet to tell them they should find another airport to fly out of! The car park is a disgrace and a con.

Everything worked exactly as planned / advertised even with our very delayed return flight. However, I'm just not sure why it was necessary to move my seat, steering wheel, rear view mirror and wing mirrors! Everything had been adjusted! I agree with driving safely etc but for 2 miles was it really necessary to make so many adjustments?

Needs to be better paved as not easy for cases with wheels, no clear pedestrian routes out of car park and often people going through parked cars

Booking was really straight-forward. We were a bit shocked on exit when the machine was asking for £107, but a quick call to your operations team helped right away, so all in all, it was a good experience.
